Dr. Prince was so kind and compassionate, as well as the staff! She took the time to explain things and really helped reassure me about everything. Not once did I feel rushed or like I was just a number. Although I was a nervous patient, Dr. Prince listened to me, and gave me the reassurance I needed with excellent care! I highly recommend the clayton location! I couldn't have asked for a better Dr, and the staff is just wonderful!

Love Dr. Manning! She's very thorough and has a great bed side manner. Beautiful and intelligent inside and out. The staff is very nice and wait times aren't long at all.

I can not recommend this facility in Clayton. The arrogance and poor customer service from the staff is concerning for patients. The "you are bothering me" attitude from the staff is overwhelming and makes you want to leave immediately. It's obvious they don't understand how to treat customers in need of eye issues.

All the staff are so friendly and greet you with a smile from the front office into the eye exam room.From there into the eye imaging room the young lady explained what she was going to do and what she needed me to do during the imaging she was nice and very Professional didn't take long. Then to the Examining room wait time was about 5 minutes.Dr. Manning's assistant came in very nice and smiling she always makes me feel at ease asks any changes with my eye or issues very professional. Shortly Dr.Manning comes in always a smile on her face so kind and always makes me feel at ease and special.Dr.Manning always has time for questions and answers.Dr.Manning explains everything about my eye issues, lets me know what her plans are for me and my eye issues and makes sure I understand what's going on at all times.Dr.Manning really cares about her patients.When I leave her office I feel so good about my eyesight she gave me hope about my eyesight vision that I didn't have before and now I do that's a great feeling Thank you Dr.Manning you are the best.

Trying to simply schedule with them is next to impossible to get through, and even when you finally get through, they'll throw you back on hold for long waits, which forces you to hang up if you have to take any incoming calls after waiting forever for them. When you finally get through, they'll indicate that they take your insurance, but they'll try to list you as "out of network" so they can try to force you into self pay.

The front desk is extremely rude on every visit. Today once again had me misscheduled and tried to charge me for a post op visit. No apologies just disappeared behind a wall mcame back and told me to be seated

Recently, we relocated my deaf, 95 year old father to Raleigh. With no hearing, his eyesight is of utmost importance. A few weeks ago he had some issues with one eye and the thought was that it may involve damage to his retina. We contacted NC Retina associates and made an appointment. Upon arrival, from the onset to the conclusion of the visit, the staff provided a level and quality of service that was both personable and professional. Each staff member exemplified a personal touch that made the the process less stressful. During the exam, my father was able to understand the explanation and to respond, due to the innovative efforts on behalf of the physician and assistant. Typically, in visits with other medical staff, unfamiliar with deaf individuals, communication can be difficult and the process a longer one. At NC Retina, our experience was exemplary. We've decided that we need not look any farther.

DO NOT GO to the CLAYTON office!!!!!!! The doctors are awesome! They don't care about people at all! You can have the biggest emergency. They don't really care. All they care about is the copay. The people at the front desk are the lousiest bunch of people I've ever met in my life. The front desk people do not care about anything other than money.
