Walmart Vision & Glasses

The lens is not flush with frame and I have to slide my glasses down to watch TV. I also felt like a 25.00 insurance was trying to get slipped by me. Didn't have a great experience. They did offer a refund but just don't have time to order somewhere else

The receptionist (Crystal) at this office was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Not sure if she was having a bad day but from the moment we approached the desk, she spoke to us in a condescending tone and made us feel like we were a bother for even asking questions. When she checked our insurance and told us they don't accept it, instead of taking the time to explain kindly, she was short, dismissive, and talked down to us. Her attitude was unnecessary and completely uncalled for. We can't speak on the doctor's care, but the front desk staff definitely needs training on professionalism and customer service.

Employees are so down to earth, friendly and helpful. Lots of affordable frames and they don't push all the extras for your lenses.

Dr. S. was my partner's old eye doctor and after having troubles with my last eye doctor, I was extremely apprehensive, but knowing he did a good job with my partner made me feel better. He was very kind, and very slow, and even let me test out what my prescription would be like. I would recommend him to anyone.

First I'd like to say the doctor here is good. He is professional and I've never had a problem with the eye exam procedure. The problem came with ordering glasses in the store. I picked out my glasses and ordered them. One week later I stopped by to see if they were done. They were still at the lab and I was told it would be 3 more days. I went home and a couple hours later I got a call. The clerk said the lab called and they don't carry the frames I ordered anymore. I asked why did it take them so long to tell her that they didn't have them and apparently there was no excuse. I then decided to take my business to Eyemart Express for 1 hour service, so I called to get my prescription faxed to them. I was told the doctor was at another clinic and wouldn't be in til noon and he would sign it and fax it to Eyemart Express. By 1:30 there was still no fax so I called Walmart back, this time on the glasses side of the center. I was then told I'd have to sign a release form to send the fax. I said the person I talked to at 9 that morning should have told me that. This whole experience has been a fiasco. I won't buy glasses here again, but I still like the eye doctor. That's why I gave them a 3 instead of a lower rating.

I went there yesterday to get a new prescription for my glasses. Once i got the prescription in the back, we went to the front to talk about frames. The guy there told us to go to My Eyes Optometry. He told us that they did it in 3-5 days, and also that they accepted walk ins. We went and they did in fact not accept walk ins and their glasses would take up to 3 weeks. Thanks daniel.

This is for vision center not eye doctor. Called and made an appt and showed up early to stand in line and not be asked what I was there for. Took two people and did their entire appt and toward the end after standing there for 50 mins (40 passed my appt time) was asked if I was dropping off glasses. I told her no I had an appt almost an hour ago and she was surprised to hear that. Because of another appt I had to get to I could not stay. I have used them before and had no issues. What's the point of making an appt if you really don't have one? Should have asked the people in line what they were there for.

I was easily able to get new glasses and they only took a few days to come in. The employees were very nice and welcoming
