I've been going to Advanced Family Eye Care for at least 10 years, and the level of service has remained consistently outstanding. From reception to checkout, the entire team treats me with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care every single visit. The front desk staff always greets me warmly and makes the check-in process smooth and efficient. The technicians are knowledgeable and thorough, taking time to explain each test and making sure I'm comfortable throughout the appointment. I never feel rushed, and I always feel informed. The doctor is both highly skilled and approachable, answering questions clearly and offering thoughtful recommendations. Over the years, that combination of expertise and personal attention has built a great deal of trust. Even the checkout process is handled with clarity and courtesy, with everything explained in a straightforward way. After a decade of appointments, I can confidently say Advanced Family Eye Care delivers consistent, high-quality care with a personal touch. This was my first visit to Advanced Eyecare . Everyone I interacted with was friendly and knowledgeable. All fees for the exam were explained prior to my exam. Dr. Farham was kind and friendly. She answered all of my questions and I never felt rushed. She is very skilled and competent. I also ordered lenses and all costs were presented clearly. I am very pleased with this facility.

Excellent treatment, from the time you arrive until you leave! Jess was phenomenal! Jess was patient, she would explained everything clearly!!! And the Doctor.....his nickname is Dr Pete Money" lol the most gentle and patience Doctor I have met! Took the time to explain my options, was open to questions and I would definitely recommend Him!! This place is beyond professional. AMAZING service. The office looks like a 5 stare resort. And the very best part of this amazing eye center are the people that work there. Brook was out of this world with kindness and attention to detail. From the reception to the Eye Doctor Lady (So sorry I forgot her name) who was beyond informative, kind and knowledgeable, to every step of my visit, it was all amazing.

I made an appointment with Dr. Boughman because my husband had gone and was very impressed with her and the staff. I have had the same eye care facility for many years and though I liked the Doctor, I didn't feel like the staff members were very nice. Here, the front desk staff were very nice. They greet you with a smile. The woman who did the pictures and eye scans etc was very nice and personable. I wish I remembered her name. The doctor explained my results and gave me options for eyewear. The young man who fitted me for glasses was great too. Very welcoming office.

I absolutely love this place. Dr Hoyle is freaking fantastic..... always taking the time to care for my families needs. Google doesn't provide enough space to tell all the stories. She is an absolute Godsend! And then today I went in to pick up my replacement glasses and really wanted something different and Brooke, My Optician made it happen just like that and seemingly just for me. Being a nurse but having little to zero knowledge about the eyes is so frustrating to me but Advanced Family Eye Care takes the uncertainty away and allows me to rest assured that I am in amazing "Advanced Hands". My first visit to Advanced Family Eye Care was exceptional. The staff was friendly and courteous, wait time was minimal, and Dr. Kimberly Hoyle was very thorough and took the time to explain things to me in a way that made sense..

Great friendly staff and doctor. Doctor was very thorough and explained everything and answered questions. Good sense of humor which helps. Will be using them for any future eye needs. Highly recommended!
