Love this team! I hadn't been to an eye doctor in a few years. The appointment was easy to book online. When I got there I was checked in quickly and the staff was so friendly! I was really impressed with the level of technology and equipment they have for honestly just a regular visit. You can tell they care about their patients and want to make sure they have the best tools to do so. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

I had a really great experience with Dr. Owens and all the staff here. Sydney was very nice with getting the first steps done before Dr. Owens came in. I finally got an answer as to why I'm still suffering from migraines thanks to Dr. Owens. She let me know what steps to take and the lady in front broke down the costs for me and was very helpful with that. Front desk lady was very nice both times interacting with her. Will definitely be back.

I needed to have an unexpected eye problem looked at. Even though I had a regularly scheduled appointment coming up soon, Dr Owens and her staff didn't hesitate to squeeze me in within two hours of my call. And I was in and out in less than a hour. Kudos and job well done!

I found another eye doctor after my last appointment experience with Dr. O'Brien. She diagnosed me with dry eye and recommended a service that was not covered by insurance but she said would help me to "not lose my eyesight". I asked if the expensive procedure was like a "one and done" and she said that "some" people may need additional procedures but most had success. When I got home I researched it and that was so far from the truth! She also pushed her company's eye vitamins and drops because the ones I was using wasn't as "effective" as what she had. I totally felt like I had visited a sheister and it left me feeling horrible. I would never go back to Denver Eye Care. It's not your eye health that's important, it's the money!

This place is horrible. While the staff is extremely friendly, the service is horrible. I have a very high prescription, so saved for glasses that wouldn't make me look like Mrs. Magoo. Instead of using my insurance on my glasses they had me do it on my contacts, said the glasses purchased with the plan would be what I was looking for. They were not. Then I wore trial pairs for nearly a month while they played with my prescription. During this time I lost my insurance. My contacts would have been covered if they didn't play with me for a month ad a half, and now they weren't. All this in October. Today I get a message that they were going thru accounts and decided I had two missed co-pays and are drafting it out of my card two months later. This is Denver Late Care. Good luck if you decide to go. Next time I'll stick with America's Best, where you expect that service.

The front desk staff was very welcoming, I received great care and education by the doctor and had ample time to pick out my frames. I truly appreciate the Saturday appointment times. As someone that works full time and commutes into Charlotte, I typically have to take time off of work for appointments. Thank you for making everything convenient and easy. I look forward to picking up my new sunglasses!
