Asheville Eye Associates - Franklin

A wonderful place, great staff, very thourough exams, actually spend a long time with you and answer all questions. I had an emergency eye problem but the ER could not help me, so my Dr recommended this eye place to me; I called and they got me in that day! I had to wait an hour after my 2:30 pm appointment time to be seen, but that's only bc all Dr's were out sick and there was only one Dr available, yet he STILL took time to examine, explain & answer questions. I was not rushed. In fact, I wasn't aware there was only one Dr that day until I was leaving; they apologised for delay and told me, and they were super busy that day. My family's new eye care place!

All staff are so friendly and so good at what they do! Very minimal wait time! The girl that took my initial eye tests before the doctor, was outstanding! So warm, friendly & a great sense of humor! Dr Oswald has such a kind & caring personality! He is a great Dr.!

Everyone at office is great. However leaving there in the afternoon, age 63, both eyes dilated. It was the most abobsoluty, most horrific time of my life. I'm sooooo Lucky to be alive today. Leaving Franklin to Murphy , wearing the shade glasses that I mentioned. not anybody I talked with me about them . Till I e pressed my concern about my previous experience with visual blinded. Well . Trying to make this as short and getting your attention. Severl times I was blinded buy the sun on my way back to Murphy at sunset. It was the highway to hell and Im so thankful to be alive after driving from your place to Murphy. I found myself coming up over the mountian where the rock walls are ending up trying to pull off road once the sun sent a blinding, totally 100 % blindness. I found myself in a mound of falling rock. Noone was concerned. No cell server, my only option was to keep going. It was rough. As I hit Hayesville ....bummed I was hit with 100 yes 100% blindness. I started to try to pull off to right and found myself over line on incoming traffic. Just seeing the cars on coming me to head on collision. I pulled to right. And found my way to ditch on the right with traffic. Finding the people/ vicheles laying on horns I'm soooo very lucky to be alive, please don't put anyone else in this condition. Thank my God I am alive today. If I don't take Ashville Eye Associate taking high concern of this matter. I will take another step forward to legal services. I'm sooo bless6to be al8ve today.

I've been a patient at Asheville Eye Associates since 2012. Today, they ran a payment on my card for an alleged balance from 3 years ago! I have had appointments 2 to 3 times per year and this balance has NEVER been mentioned, nor have I ever received a bill. It is now too late to have a claim reviewed, so I am expected to believe this balance from their "old" system is valid! I ALWAYS pay my copay and bills that I actually owe! I have disputed the charges with my bank and killed the card they have on file! Asheville Eye compromised my information a couple of years ago by allowing themselves to be hacked. However, they still REQUIRE everyone to have a card on "FILE" as per their current policy. I fear they may jeopardize my information and/or payment methods AGAIN!! I will find another provider who does not try to take advantage of elderly disabled patients like me!

Excellent care. A bit longer wait than would have liked. Staff very courteous and pleasant. Especially liked Dr Killian. Very thorough and explained everything well.

One of the most efficiently run medical practices I've found. I loved my old practice back home, but there were 13 physicians, and 117 staff. The waiting room sat 90 and was always full.my drs there were great though.

The office got me in right away for my appointment. Dr. Killian was kind and informative. Hopefully we have a plan if attack to solve the problem. They do a great job here. Thank you!

Everyone at the clinic was very respectful and professional. My wait time was very, very minimal. The laser surgery only took a few minutes. It was not painful and was stress free.
