Gossett & Ward Optometrist Pa

The experience is always great; from the moment you step into the pretty waiting room until you check out. Everyone is very pleasant and knowledgeable. You could not hope for better doctors than Dr. Gossette and Ward, and the technology and equipment they have is amazing. They Know exactly what your eye condition is and what to do. I am so very happy to have found this excellent family eye facility and hope to always be able to stay with them. I feel like I am being taken care of by friends who care.

Although I am a Franklin native I live part time in Franklin now. But I did have cataract surgery here. After surgery I was having issues Even though Dr Gossett was not my optometrist he agreed to see me that day. He quickly assessed the issue, offered reassurance and prescribed needed medication. So grateful for his care. Thank you Dr Gossett

I had an eye emergency while visiting the area. They worked me into their schedule right away. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Dr. Gossett was very thorough and took the time to explain what had happened to my eye & why and what I needed to do as follow up. The office is incredibly welcoming - clean & peaceful. I highly recommend this doctor & his practice!!

I went into the office to schedule an appointment as being a diabetic, I was concerned about possibly having a retinal bleed. I was taken in immediately and my fears confirmed. Dr. Gossett personally made sure I was referred to a specialist ASAP, but also made sure my questions were answered. I highly recommend Gossett and Ward for their wonderful and caring Doctors and staff.

The staff were pretty snobby when I said I didn't have insurance what I had was an emergency with my eye. The Doctor was nice but didn't give me the required prescription for the drops needed to heal my eye. So I was charged $115 dollars which I paid in cash just to be treated like trash!

Highly competent staff and great facility. They were able to work me in for a same day appointment for a time critical issue even though I was a new patient. I would highly recommend this practice!!

Terrible experience..my vision was worse with the new glasses.. went back and Dr Gossett told me I had cataracts.. and that there was nothing he could do to help my vision.. I told him my previous glasses that I had lost recently corrected my vision perfectly.. he began to refer to my previous glasses as magic glasses.. he was arrogant and really misogynistic.. he then suggested that I might have had a stroke or possibly a brain tumor, as I had told him on my first visit that I had double vision in my right eye when my eyes was tired.. again that had been corrected by my previous glasses and he said I needed to have a neuro eye exam.. now I have no heath issues nor headaches.. the cost of my glasses and exam was 740.00 and I still can not see well. I went to another ophthalmologist and I do not have cataracts and the prescription that Dr Gossett gave me was wrong ! No stroke.. no brain tumor , no cataracts.. do not recommend this man.

Dr. Gossett is the best optometrist I have ever seen. Professional, ethical, caring and kind. I would recommend him to anyone. In addition, the staff is professional and friendly.
