The price is right, this was an extremely pleasant experience. Lisa the technician was very knowledgeable and patient. At no time did I feel she was rushing me or in a hurry to get to something else. After breaking my glasses, I booked an appointment online for the following day. When I came in, I wasn't expecting the amazing service I received. The staff was so kind and helpful. I received a very thorough eye exam. Once I received my prescription, they assisted me with picking out the correct frames for my face. They had a wide selection of frames to choose from. I was explaining how the progressive lenses would need to be set for my computers at home. And finally, I was told I would receive my glasses with in 7 to 10 business days. My normal go to eye care center, will take 4 to 6 weeks to receive my frames.
From this day forward, I will be using BJ's for my eye care center.
