Her customer service is top-notch--she's always available when needed and genuinely cares about helping you find the right fit. Always a great experience with Dr. Taylor Allard. My husband and I have been patients for years. Staff is outstanding. Easy to set up appointments online. No fuss or waiting once you get there. The doctor is a fantastic OD, best we have seen!

After the annual eye exam of my teenage daughter, I didnt get any explanation of the test results. We were made to wait over an hour for the test to complete and even then, the doctor didnt sit with us to explain the test results and next steps. The next person (the one who takes the prescription from the doctor) was also looked to be in rush to answer any of my basic questions with regard to the test.

My entire family sees Dr. Allard. He is very personable and takes his time with each patient. When I had something concerning happen to me that I needed to see a Retina Specialist for he called me personally to check in and make sure I was ok. His staff is friendly and Felecia is a rockstar with helping you pick frames and get you set with exactly what you need

Edit: Customer relations called me and handled my complaint professionally. I was able to get an appointment and see the doctor in person. I would give this place a zero. I showed up for an in-person exam and was asked to spend more money because the doctor couldn't be there and I had to do video exam. I got up and left. I am not paying more because a doctor could not see me in person when I showed up to the place in person and was not told beforehand. I wasted my lunch break from work to come here. The lack of communication is so disappointing and frustrating... I am very upset more than upset. .

My family has been going to see Dr Allard for many years. Dr. Allard is always professional, attentive, and takes the time to really listen to our concerns. Unlike some doctors who rush through appointments, Dr. Allard is patient, thorough, and answers all of our questions clearly. The staff at the clinic were also friendly and efficient, and the office was clean and well-organized. I didn't have to wait long, and the whole process felt smooth and well-managed. I highly recommend Dr. Allard to anyone looking for an optometrist who is knowledgeable, kind, and truly dedicated to their patients' well-being.

It was my first time at an eye doctor in 10 years (my husband kept saying I need glasses and I kept resisting but turns out he was right!). It usually takes me forever to even find a pair of sunglasses I like because I'm so picky, so I was nervous about feeling rushed or not liking any of the options, or not having anyone there to tell me honestly if they looked good or not. I feel like I was MEANT to get Felicia as my helper today. I never write reviews but I had to write this one because she made my experience so easy (and so FUN!). She immediately understood what I was looking for and pulled so many options, while also pulling some that I may have never picked myself. She gave me honest feedback about how they looked on me (which is exactly what I wanted!) and it took so much pressure off myself for finding the right pair. I often get decision fatigue when there's too many options, so it was amazing to just sit in a chair and let her figure out which ones I should try on. I'm also a major introvert and absolutely despise making conversation at the doctor, but she made me so at ease that I actually wanted to just keep chatting away (unheard of!). I could go on and on, but if you are going to this location, ask for Felicia!!!!!
