The service was excellent and the people working in the clinic are 4 stars. My issue is that they try to charge you for a "complex" contact lens exam. Insurance co-pay is $40 for in-network contact exams, which this place is. So, why do they think they can charge you $143 just because I have a high Rx or wear mono contact lenses. No other provider has ever tried this. They did balk and only charged me $40. Because of this, I will not return.

Only went here once, scheduled an appointment and after arriving on time for my appointment was sent to a room and told to wait. After 15 minutes I asked about how long I would be waiting and they said as soon as someone was available they would help me. I started watching videos on my phone to pass the time and was asked to close the door of the room I was waiting in so I wouldn't bother other guests. I than had to wait an additional 35 minutes before I was seen. 0/5 stars worst vision place I have ever been to.

5 stars is not enough , we had an issue and it was resolved with in 30 seconds . No arguing or blaming the customer just came up with a solution. Latasha Rowsey was definitely a big help with coming up with the solution. Highly recommend.

This was my first visit to this practice. I was able to get appointments for both of my children together. The doctor and staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. To top it off, for my son who had to get glasses, we were able to get a nice pair with Transitions lenses for $211 with my EyeMed plan. Maybe I get fancier lenses and frames, but I was pleasantly surprised! They also offer repair coverage that you only pay for if you need to use it for a repair! Me and the kids will return!
