Absolutely horrible experience with this optometrist. I will never go again and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. The way they treated me when I needed help was outrageous.

I went to the one on 4042 Garner .They are nice people but felt like it was rushed because normally an eye doctor would wait until you say it's completely clear when they're testing your eyes instead of you saying it's still a little blurry before they finish with you which this one did not I kept telling them it was still a little blurry and then they went on and prescribed me glasses for just wearing when I need to read far away but my problem is is I can't read stuff that good far away or even just simply on my phone or in a book I have. Both eyes that have a elite blurr to them one more then the other and I get headaches trying to read anything and the glasses i wore them a while to have my eyes adjust and I still struggle to read far like a menu board up on a wall or a speed limit sign still has blur it's like if i'm not wearing glasses at all.. and what makes me upset is I told them I struggle with headaches trying to read things if it's a book or something far away or kind of close I can read it but with there being one eye little more blurry than the other they only prescribe me something to see far away when I need to be able to see up close too and not look like I'm looking at a 3D lettering. I just felt like it was rushed like I said most Drs will do it till You Say it's clear not that it's still some what blurry.

In mid January, I called and set an appointment for February 17th to have my eyes checked. Then on Feb. 10th I received a call from Stewart's Optometry telling me that a Dr. would not be in on the 17th, so they needed to reschedule with me. When I asked when they could get me back on, I was told April the 9th. I asked if a Dr. was going to be in prior to April 9, and was told yes they would. Then I asked why I needed to wait to long, and was told that other people were on the schedule. So basically, I made an appointment over a month in advance, they canceled on me, and then told me they couldn't get me in until another month and a half. It would seem that if the Dr's office canceled (not the patient), they would try to make concessions to get the patient in as soon as possible to make up for canceling. But they weren't concerned about that. If it was me that canceled, I would understand that, but the canceled on me and made absolutely no apology and no efforts to put me back on the schedule. The lady that called me didn't have a care in the world when I told her I was going to have to go elsewhere and couldn't wait 7 more weeks to be seem due to no fault of my own.

Absolutely terrific!! Would highly recommend going here for your eye prescription. Very friendly, got in on time & did a great job on the eye exam.

I want to express my gratitude to Doc Stewart For my eye examination. I write this to inform the future customers about his profession on eye care. For the previous examinations from other eye doctors all were wrong and it was my Fault with the dry eye syndrome that I have and it interfered in a correct examination . While changing cylinders my eyes would produce tears and that was like looking through water giving a incorrect sight when the cylinder was moved back to the one I chose to be the best. Doc Stewart then asked me if I understood what he wanted to do and I said yes I do. Being confused of my answer he said to me I have two more test to that are not used very often. I use this test as the last resort to resolve your sight problem. It was amazing how it corrected my sight examination and I want to thank Doc Stewart for the hour he examined me with his professional Expertise knowledge . I know that my faith in God led me to Doc Stewart and I'm sure he was Also with Doc Stewart while examining me.

Last Doctor I had recently was amazing and other staffing was amazing too

Never answers the phone. I guess I'll just go to another place who actually wants business. Just rude.

My family has been going to Dr. Stewart for years with no issues. Highly recommended!
