I visited Dr. Taylor today for my eye checkup, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. He took the time to listen, explain every detail, and ensure that all my questions were answered. I really appreciated how professional, friendly, and patient he was throughout the appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Taylor to anyone looking for an exceptional eye doctor who truly cares about his patients.

Horrible follow through with this location. I needed a form filed out for work and it took a month for them to get it back to me. Additionally the whole appointment took about 2 hours, most of which was spent waiting for the doctor to join virtually. The cherry on top was that when the form was returned to me the doctor didn't even get the date of my appointment correct; I hope my employer/insurance accepts it.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Allard today. He was both personable and efficient. I will definitely continue to see him. I have had trouble in the past finding a good eye doctor so it's nice to finally have that!

Dr Allard is great at what he does. Very friendly and personable and the whole staff is great.

I like the doctor and will give him a strong review, but the technicians there have messed up my glasses order and prescription twice. It's still not right nor did they seem to care when I was in the office telling them it was not what i ordered. I am not happy and will likely find another provider altogether for all of my future visits as it has been an unnecessary hassle. I have been a patient with this provider for 20 years, so it is not a decision I'm making without much thought. I have called for assistance several times on this issue and the turnaround times for a return call and resolution are not acceptable. I can no longer recommend them. If you do go, go with caution.

My family has been seeing Dr Allard for many years now. He is always personable, honest and professional.

I wasn't able to see that the reading portion of my glasses were at the bottom of the lenses and I have to push my glasses up just to read. One lens always pops out whenever, but that why we had assigned times to come in and minimized traffic during Rona, they were just rude and wouldn't let use in to make sure my family's glasses were correct.

I highly recommend Dr. Allard!
