All staff were nice and polite, very friendly. Jess helped my son and I find out perfect fit! She is absolutely awesome!! She took her time with me being so patient, friendly and professional. She made sure my son and I were happy with the not only how our glasses looked but how they fit. Took time to explain any features that could be added what they entailed and made very pertinent suggestions to meet our needs. I will recommend her to anyone!!!

Very displeased. I called to inquire about my eyeglasses and was promptly informed that they were not in (without even checking/confirming)- "we will send a text when they are in". Text received 30 min later.
Called while on my way to pick up eyeglasses and confirmed 5pm closure.
Arrived ad 4:55pm- two other customers had been waiting as well... CLOSED.
Knocked on door. Called. NO RESPONSE. The could've left a sign explaining why they were not open during business hours. They could have informed me when I called that they would be closing early. Now I'm inconvenienced by having to wait another week (business travel).
POOR SERVICE DELIVERY.
This will be my last transaction with this store... two poor interactions in one day. I work too hard and pay too much to experience what I did today. It has been said, "It takes years to gain customers and seconds to lose them." So true.
