Very unfortunate to leave a 1 star review after having an initial good interaction. Post sale completely ruined experience and high expectations. After spending $600 on my eyeglasses, Waited 2 weeks to pickup my prescription glasses, was told the meta ray bans were back ordered but could pickup the frames until they got the lenses in. Within 30 minutes of taking them out of the case, the arm detached from the frame. Rebecca store manager advised it was not their problem that they were fine when I opened them and to contact manufacturer. Really? Never had a company that prides themselves on a 30 day money back guarantee and standing behind their products and then completely do the opposite. Would NOT recommend LensCrafters after this experience.

Lens Crafters staff is the best. Always warm and welcoming. I want to give a shout out to Mark in this review. He has helped me the last 2 years get my glasses to be perfect. When I explained the very first time my problem with glasses, he did not dismiss my concern as others at different stores had before coming to Lens Crafters. He is patient, kind and friendly. It is nothing major he has to do. He just continues tweaking until he hears me say, "Perfect." I hope Lens Crafters knows what a great asset and employee they have in Mark.

Very Very appreciative of this store and its employees!!! My dog seems to think that I don't deserve to see for some reason and I was on my now third pair of ruined dog eaten glasses. They were able to take the good parts and lenses of both glasses and make a full pair for me. No charge, and they aren't even my eye doctors. Everyone was very kind and welcoming!
I am so very thankful to them.... Especially now that I can see again to write this review
