I saw Dr Amee Patel today for an eye exam. The vision center was very busy and I was told that before I sat down that they were running late. After I was seated for ten minutes they told me she would see me soon. A few minutes later Dr Patel came out to get me. She once again apologized for running late. She's an extremely nice person, I felt comfortable immediately. She did my eye exam, we chatted about my vision and she said she felt my eyes were quite healthy. She gave me a copy of my new prescription and again, she apologized for my wait. I would not hesitate to go back to her, she was thorough and I really felt she cared about what she was doing. If you're looking for an optometrist, look no further. She's awesome.

We came here to purchase our glasses and Eve was so, so helpful. She was patient and very informative and I never felt pressured. When it came time to order, she worked hard to make sure we were getting the most bang for our buck and we ended up getting contact lenses for my son at the same cost as just his glasses would have been. The day we went to pick up our glasses, Dwight assisted us and did a great job as well. Eve was assisting other customers but remembered us and took time to check in and make sure we were satisfied. We will definitely return in the future.

.They had bad attitude and rude. I went elsewhere and was very pleased. But they had to fax my records to new Dr and they reported new Dr to state for no reason. I had my old glasses to prove same prescription also. They are not professional. The receptionist talks down to you and rushes you. Never again will I go there.

I hate leaving bad reviews but, I just want to warn anyone so this doesn't happen to you...
My husband and I had appointments for eye exams and glasses today...The woman in the office and the optometrist were absolutely wonderful (the star is for them only). They were friendly and very knowledgeable.
After the appointment we were informed that the eyeglass center would not reopen for about two weeks. The man who answers the phone and makes the appointments should have advised us that; due to a change in companies, they have NO GLASSES and when I made the appointment, I specifically asked him if glasses would be covered by my husband's insurance to which he said "yes". WHAT IS THE POINT OF AN EYE EXAM IF YOU CANT GET GLASSES?! Had we been informed we would have made the appointment elsewhere! After we got our prescriptions, I wanted to order glasses online but, you need the "pupil distance" (PD) in order to get the right lenses. So, I called asked if we came back would they at least give us that. I was told that's something the eyeglass department does...REALLY????!!!!

Wonderful experience!!! My daughter has a very complex prescription and finding frames that will work for her is a task. The lady that helped us was so kind and patient. After what seemed like 100 different frames and my 12 year old daughter getting frustrated with her decision, we finally found a pair that she decided she liked after trying them on multiple times. We will be going back in the future. Thank you!!!!!!

Don't go here.
Customer service is not a term the staff is aware of. I've never been talked down to so much in my entire life. Additionally, they called me to let me know my order was ready only for me to arrive and their store being locked with a sign that read "closed, unless you are picking up..." Once I flagged down a member of their staff inside (sigh was still up) they informed me I would have to come back next week for order pickup.
I came back a week later only for the store to be locked AGAIN with a handwritten note that said "lunch, be back at 2:30pm." It was around 1pm at that time.
When I finally was able to enter and pickup my order, they ordered the wrong thing. I'm excited I get to repeat this process again. Thanks Walmart Vision Center, for wasting my time.
