We absolutely love Dr. Francis. She is always so kind and patient with my bulldog Nevaeh. We had taken Nevaeh to our regular Vet who tried all the drops and even injections but still could not get it to stop draining. 1 visit and a new drop later you can definitely tell a difference.
Fixing to take one of my Frenchies to get checked out.

Took my 8 y.o Cane Corso in for a spot in his right eye. He typically doesn't do well at vet visits, but the staff and environment were so friendly, caring, and accommodating that this was the best vet experience we've ever had. You can tell the staff truly cares about their patients and did everything to make our visit comfortable. I 10/10 recommend The Animal Eye Clinic-Huntersville for any of your pets eye needs! All the vets, medical staff, and support staff are amazing. Very knowledgeable, caring, and supportive. My dog had cataract surgery and glaucoma treatment. They explained the process and treatment to me and made sure I knew how to care for my dog at home. Whenever I contacted them with questions or concerns, they listened and explained and verified that everything was OK. To illustrate just how kind they are, my dog actually enjoys seeing them. She views them as friends. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars, I absolutely would!

I took my dog in for a consult for cataract surgery. Dr. Telford was amazing and thorough. He answered all of my questions so I could make the best decision for my pet and his intern was amazing as well. His nurse, Nickie, is phenomenal! She is so knowledgeable and I would put all of my confidence in her taking care of my dog! My only complaint would be that Dr. Telford did his rotating internship at Oklahoma State University but I guess that's better than the University of Oklahoma; Hook 'Em Horns!

I've been going to the animal eye clinic for over 5 years. Originally I would visit their Matthew's location before the more convenient Huntersville location opened. Both of my Chihuahuas have been seen and received treatment from this location and both have lived longer and fuller lives because of it. They not only help to save my fur babies sight but, they treated my animals like they were their own family!
Every person in the office and doctor that I have interacted with has been unbelievably kind, considerate, and compassionate. Previously, I visited the other eye doctor in town and I am so happy I wanted a second opinion and found this office. It is literally responsible for me being able to enjoy the last 5 years with my animals.
I cannot express enough my gratitude for everything these folks have done for me and my family!
