There was no communication on anything but payment. Nothing was explained to me on the procedure but everyone was very helpful on how to pay for this when arriving. No call before or after the procedure for an explanation of what was getting ready to occur and how I was after. I called the after hours number for help and had to call again after NO response for over an hour. This was the worst experience ever and it saddens me that not one person from the office (Dr or nurse) has called this morning to check on me since I had a more severe response than most. Good bed side manners and patient care are lacking at this location. The best way to explain the whole experience is I was one cattle being processed through a meat packing facility. If medication is required immediately after the procedure, there should be sample ones to give or NOT do the procedure till it is bought. The doctors office should put the drops in your eyes right after the procedure!! A lot of miscommunication here. When I read up about the procedure I had gone through, everything says to have a follow up with your doctor between one to seven days to check your eye pressure and to make sure the procedure took. Dr. Huang didn't schedule a follow-up and told me to just follow up with my regular eye doctor in 2 to 4 weeks?!? Where is the concern and compassion??? After the procedure, I could barely see. The staff didn't seem to care and made me walk into other rooms and down the hallway into the waiting room by myself with no assistance, knowing that my eyesight was extremely impacted. The doctor and staff at this facility definitely make you feel like you are part of an assembly line!!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Spicola and his team. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with kindness and warmth. Dr. Spicola and his techs genuinely listen to my needs and concerns, making me feel valued as a patient. The office management is equally impressive; they are incredibly friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for compassionate and attentive care!

Dr Spicola is a great doctor. Professional and knowledgeable. The examination and tests were completed in a timely manner. His co-workers and staff were helpful and professional. The only negative is the practice does not submit claims to the insurance companies except for one particular insurer and if that is not the patient's insurer then the filing of the claim must be handled by the patient.

From the time you arrive until you depart the staff is always helpful. Dr. Brown is the best and keeps you informed of the procedures at all times. I always trust him and what he does. Couldn't ask for a better doctor.

Service here was amazing from beginning to end! Everyone was very professional! The assistant to the Doctors!! Every single person in there made coming there so easy! I wish they did more than just optometry here lol! I'd come here for everything if I could !!! 10/10 even with my daughter picking out glasses was easy as well! They were patient and kind ! Good job! What a great team!

I want to share my experience with this practice, primarily out of concern for patient safety and infection control. I came in with a two-week eye injury, already feeling anxious and vulnerable. While the doctor was able to identify what was going on, I was extremely uncomfortable with the lack of basic hygiene standards during the exam. At no point did Dr. Huang wash her hands, sanitize them, or put on gloves before touching my eye. For an ocular condition that involves inflammation and irritation, this was surprising and disappointing. The eyes are incredibly sensitive, and direct contact without proper hand hygiene can increase the risk of infection -- especially for patients already dealing with ocular inflammation. In 2025, I expect any medical professional touching mucous membranes to follow universal precautions. We hold ERs, PCPs, and urgent care providers to a standard of care, and ophthalmology clinics should be no exception. I sincerely hope this is addressed with the provider, because even if it was an oversight, it is not a small one. I'm writing because I don't want another patient to experience the same anxiety and discomfort I did. Clean hands and gloves should be the minimum in an eye clinic. I truly hope the office takes this feedback seriously.

Dr. Reulbach, help realign my nose after taking a hard blow to the face. I pray that I only encounter people that love what they do. I know this is business only because it is in an office building. The love Dr. Reulbach has for his profession and patients is a winning jackpot lottery ticket. Thank you!

CEENTA is a fraud. They purposefully over bill, likely due to an older population who have Medicare and won't catch it. I saw Dr Reddy whose visit was short and abrupt, didn't specify complete instructions for the prescriptions she was writing, and was basically out the door as she was finishing her last sentence. Then the bill came and the out of pocket expense was $300 more than I've ever paid at any other eye Dr. who has done the exact same procedures and had the same recommendations, due to the generic biling code they use for all new patients, regardless of what was actually done or accomplished in the session. Highly recommend going somewhere else.
