Since moving here from Arizona, Dr. Crawford and staff have been truly amazing!!! My dad has been experiencing some issues and required extra eye care as a result. This office has been patient, thorough, kind, and more importantly have incredible knowledge in helping him get the care he needs. Not to mention their treatment of my elderly father has been nothing short of respectful and caring! We are grateful to have found such great care here in NC!!

I found Dr. Carwford's office on the Davis Vision in-network providers app. The office assistant that made my appointment was very helpful and set up an appointment for the same day I called. How's that for luck? When I arrived, after filling out the required forms, I was led to the examination room where the routine eye pressure and Retina scan tests are performed. The tests were painless and no pupil dilation was required. After these tests were completed I was led to the room where Dr. Crawford met me after only a few minutes wait time. Dr. Crawford was quick to determine what my correct prescription should be, answered all my questions and had a very friendly, yet professional, demeanour. The two assistants that performed the tests, Nicole and Rachel, were also very courteous. All in all it was a great experience. I can see why many have given his office a 5 STAR review, as it is well deserved. Based on my experience my wife will also be making an appointment with this office.

I saw 3 other Dr's before seeing Dr. Crawford. None of them were able to help me. Dr. Crawford gave me a list of various things to do, including specific eye drops, and explained exactly what was going on with my dry itchy eyes. That was 3 weeks ago and now my eyes are completely healed! He is the BEST eye Dr I have ever seen and worth the 60 mile commute one way for me! His staff is very friendly and worked hard at squeezing me into the schedule two different times due to my eye situation. The Dr also did an eye exam the last appointment and I am seeing better than I have in the last 5 years ... Thank you so much!!

Spent a total of 2 minutes with me and did not address any of my concerns. When I mentioned a specific incident needed to reported to my file he ignored me. His harem of ladies are rude and neither of us felt welcome at all. Yes he has all the of the fanciest new equipment but it doesn't negate the fact he is neglectful.

Dr. Crawford was too busy to give me a proper eye exam. Then was hurried into the eyeglass selections. Staff was rude and quick to tell me the way I prefer to wear glasses was wrong, wrong, wrong.

Dr Crawford is kind,patient and honest, we have been going to his office for years,love his whole staff too.

Fantastic Team! Dr. Crawford us very nice and makes you feel comfortable. He speaks in terms the average lay person can easily understand.
