I had the best experience at an optometrist in a while. The staff was all so welcoming and helpful. Being new in the area and finding an eye doctor was nerve wracking to think about but everyone here made the visit great. From Michelle who took me back initially and did all of the pre work for my exam, she was super friendly and explained what everything was for that she was doing. Dr. Hinderscheid was kind and knowledgeable and explained everything with ease. She didn't make me feel rushed during the appointment which I really appreciate. And lastly, Sarah who helped me with actually picking out my frames and checking out. She explained my insurance benefits and what was covered and didn't pressure me into getting anything I didn't want. Overall, this optometrist office was great! Nice and clean. The other employees there were also kind and greeted me.

I ordered some contacts here after my appointment. The women I ordered contacts with was under the impression I would be getting a certain rebate. After trying to get that rebate with the contact manufacturer, it was not the amount promised. She took the time to rectify the situation and realized they were misinformed. I appreciate her coming to a fair resolution and helping me. It goes a long way! -Lindsay Fitzgerald

I vist this place twice the first time I brought a pair of the lenses went bad paid over there hundred dollars for these glasses to be told they out of warranty no remind you the lenses where pealing schedule a appointment on line never received a confirmation called today to be told they never received my appointment im goin somewhere else

When visiting this location I always look forward to working with Nia. I have worked with her on several occasions. I even recommended her to my mom when looking for glasses. She is always patient, kind and knowledgeable. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thanks Nia!

Dr. Hinderscheid was was wonderful and provided great service and information. The front office staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience.

The manager, Chris, is so kind and helpful. He fixed a pair of glasses that needed new nose guards so quickly and made sure they were adjusted to fit my mother-in-law perfectly. Dr. Cassandra always does a great job on the exams and often times I walk out wearing a new pair of contact lenses and have more new ones delivered withing days.

Excellent service in fixing my old prescription sunglasses and even finding me a new pair that was covered under my insurance! Carson was awesome from start to finish, highly recommended!

I had an amazing experience today. Michelle's along with Dr. Travis bedside manner was absolutely fantastic.. Chris is the GM and is also professional and mild manner. I truly enjoy the services they provide. Thank you so very much.
