Northcross Eye Associates

I have gone to Northcross Eye Associates for many years now. Dr. Jason Crawford and his team are outstanding every time I visit. His office has a very personable atmosphere, they are very efficient in their intake/visit time, and I always come away feeling like they care. In addition to regular annual visits, Dr. Crawford tries to accommodate problem visits should they arise. He is attentive and goes out of his way to help, whether it's by offering his own advice and care or helping to connect patients to providers who can help if their needs are beyond optometry. Dr. Crawford really listens, and I like that he's willing to take the time to help you navigate any questions or concerns you might have. He has been a phenomenal provider. I highly recommend him and his office for your eye care needs!

I would not recommend Northcross Eye Associates. In total, my family has received an incorrect prescription four times. Three of the times, they did a quick recheck to correct the prescription. However, they are no longer willing to work with their patients to correct their error. After taking your insurance, they will charge you for a recheck to correct the presciption. The communication and professionalism at this office is low.

Worst eye doctor I have ever been to. Wrote me a prescription for a contact lens I couldn't see out of which I am ok with being maybe it didn't sit well in my eye ! A fly planes for a living and needed a lens I could see out of and the office refused to allow me to order my previous prescription that worked fine . Overcharged for visit as well as an order for contact lenses . Would never go back !

Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I made an early morning appointment to avoid delays. They stuck me in a room, and 30 minutes later I was still sitting there. No one came in to tell me the Dr was running behind or anything. I went to the front desk and the lady was on the phone, so I just walked out. When you sit there for 30 minutes that immediately signals that my time isn't important or valuable, and it's all about them. Just save your frustration and don't ever go there.

While trying to find an eye doctor who would take our new insurance I came across Northcross Eye Associates. After reading good reviews I decided to make an appointment and was able to get in very quickly. All of the staff is super friendly and I can only say good things about this office. Dr. Crawford takes his time to make sure you completely understand everything he is explaining. Would highly recommend Northcross Eye Associates to anyone.

As I entered the office, I have received a warm welcome to the office. . The nurse that performed the different eye test was very professional and kind she explained the process before it was done. I really appreciate Dr.Jason Crawfords' expertise and knowledge. I will definitely recommend Northcross Eye Associates.

While some of the staff were nice, I was very disappointed with the lack of concern for patient's time. After arriving more than 10 minutes early for an 8:30am appointment, I was brought back and waited over 30 minutes before I left the room and then left the office. Note: there was no one in the waiting room when I arrived or left, and the office is small. There were four employees in the reception area, yet none took the time to check on or update me the entire time I was there waiting. I place the responsibility on the doctor/owner and what feels like a general lack of concern for the patient's time. I do not enjoy waiting in a small and somewhat dingy rooms for long periods of time when I'm paying for a service. I also waited three days before posting this review to give Northcross Eye an opportunity to reach out and make it right...there has been zero follow up.

I gave Dr. Crawford a great review last year but after my experience this year I will not be going back. My daughter was back from college for only a few days and we had an appointment. I told them when we got there she would like both an eye glass exam and contact exam but I was told by the receptionist that they had no time for that because they close early on Friday's but she did have 3 months to come back without paying for another exam. I explained she doesn't live here but was told that's their "policy." I then explained had to go across the street to pick up something and would be back by the Dr.'s exam. When I got back the same rude receptionist said I was not allowed back in the exam room to see my daughter or talk to the Dr. because she wasn't sure what room my daughter was in and she wasn't going to knock on the doors in case there were other patients. I actually asked her " you really aren't going to let me see my daughter?" And she said "there's nothing I can do." Unbelievable! My daughter called from college today asking for her prescription and they refused to give it to her until I paid the $39 balance which was billed last week and not even due yet. I hate to change my review but the customer service is unacceptable! I would not recommend this office if you want to be treated like a client.
