Usha Reddy, MD - Charlotte Eye Ear Nose & Throat Associates, P.A. (CEENTA)

I am so happy with my upper eyelid procedure performed by Dr Reddy. The left photo is before and the right is after ( 10 days post procedure- still cant wear mascara) . I followed Dr Reddy's instructions exactly ( ice every 20 minutes) and had minimal bruising or swelling. She throughly explained the surgery to me and I was initially scared of being awake during the procedure. Honesty, I have zero memory of it. I had an IV in inserted, and they told me they were going to give me something to help me relax and the next thing I remember was being rolled out to recover. I wasn't even groggy. Kudos to the anesthesiologist- sorry I didn't catch his name. The huntersville surgery center nurses were all terrific too. Nothing to worry about at all.

Dr Reddy was great! She took the biopsy off of the lump on my lower eye quick and painlessly. She said she'd have the biopsy results soon and would let me know if it's cancer or not. If it is cancer then they can be able to remove it as a Mohs surgery. Dr Reddy has performed two previous eye surgeries that that we're not cancer and you can't even see where she performed that. I highly recommend her.

This is an unbiased review of Dr.Reddy and her stuff at the Huntersville clinic. First, everything ran on time. Only downside that Dr.Reddy has NO control over: the registration staff that checked me in, really could be better utilized in a role that is not patient facing. Her lack of engagement, interaction, was noticeable. She's very much on auto-pilot and only appears interested in the physical tasks that she has to perform. Now, for the clinical staff: worlds of difference from the culture at another CEENTA office. Every single staff member said good morning, asked how each patient was doing and introduced themselves by name and what part of the process they were performing. Everything ran like clock work(in a good way), efficient, no unnecessary moves to different locations. Everything felt deliberate. There was a level of basic clinical compassion and medical office mgmt with the staff in this office that is not found at each CEENTA office(Mooresville, as a glaring and unfortunate example). Huntersville should be a location that is utilized to onboard new staff to see how to treat patients. Now, for Dr.Reddy: Ontime, gracious, perfect bedside manner. When it is easy to just 'kick the ball down the road' or defer to another physician to take the reigns of someone's care to streamline a process or advocate for a patient, I'm thankful and eternally grateful for Dr.Reddy and her expertise. I knew with her background and training that her clinical expertise was a physician that I needed on my care team. I am thankful I was able to see first hand the human side of her role as a physician. To Dr.Reddy: Thank you for stepping up and going above and beyond in helping me.

This was my first visit with Dr. Reddy. She and her staff were very warm and engaging which caused me to release some tension. Dr. Reddy also was very thorough in her explanation but did not talk over my head. She also listened to and answered my questions providing reassurance.

I have been going to Dr. Reddy for 7 years, she did surgery on my lower eyelid for basal cell cancer. She did an excellent job and I would highly recommend her. She's very professional and just a nice person.

Dr. Reddy walked in knowing exactly what she was doing. She quickly assessed everything and made me feel calm and secure right away. I appreciated how efficient and to the point she was--it gave me a lot of confidence in her care.

Dr. Reddy gets 5 stars; kind, attentive, gentle patient. Same for her clinical staff. However, there was always difficulty in getting appointments when working with the front desk and schedulers and being able to get back to the clinical team to override the front desk schedule when there are special circumstances

This is the first time I have met Dr Reddy. She's very professional and explained everything . She took her time. However this was my first visit to this office . The first two people that escorted me to different exam rooms never even introduced themselves.
