Visionworks N.C. Doctors of Optometry, PLLC Birkdale

Love this location. Always so kind and courteous. And I actually saw a live doctor for my exam. This was my first time purchasing glasses and the ladies helped me pick a lovely frame -- also made sure I added all the features to protect my glasses and my eyes.

My initial appointment took almost 2 hours. I understand 99% of appointments ask you to show up 15 minutes early, but if there's no paperwork or anything required why have us come in early? I sat for 30 minutes before I saw anyone. I also brought in my glasses that I wanted the lenses changed on, and the assistant ordered a whole new pair, which feels wasteful in my eyes because they're the exact same frames. Fast forward 3 weeks and I finally get a call asking me if I received my glasses. I inform her that I have not and I was waiting for a call. Apparently they've had my glasses for sometime and never called me. (And I understand we had an ice storm/snow storm two weekends in a row) I drove down to Huntersville to pick up my glasses, and they are no where to be found. Come to find out they sent the to a VisionWorks in Charlotte that I never recall visiting before. They offered to either have them shipped to their store or to my house (I'm not sure why that's not an option from the beginning). So I had to drive another half hour south to pick up my glasses. The woman at the Charlotte location was very nice and honestly if I didn't live over an hour away I would 100% revisit that location. What was supposed to be a quick hour errand turned into over a two and a half hour ordeal.

Everyone I worked with was fantastic! personable, helpful, and very knowledgeable about all things eyes. I had a great appointment and am very satisfied with my experience. Thank you!

I love Visionworks in Huntersville!! The staff is super friendly. Every pair of glasses that I have had processed with my prescription have come back to me perfectly processed and comfortable on. As a New Yorker,relocated to Charlotte, I am happy to find a reliable,professional Optometrist to care for my eyeglass and preventative eye maintenance needs! Yay!

I had an amazing experience on Wednesday. Many thanks for the exceptional service provided by Emani. She went above and beyond helping me select frames that fit my face shape. She patiently answered my questions and brilliantly adjusted my new glasses. I really appreciated Emani's professionalism, excellent product knowledge, and kind and warm demeanor. She made the whole process very pleasant and stress-free. I highly recommend Vision Works, Birkdale, and especially working with Emani. She is absolutely the best!

Went for my annual and to order new lenses and frames and the service was absolutely amazing. Had to make a couple of trips back to get the new glasses and make some changes, and every time I had the best experience with the absolute best customer service anyone could ask for. Lauren and Taylar were fantastic. They always went above and beyond to make sure everything was set, and I always left with a smile.
