The staff was great! The eye exam was quick and easy (Getting to schedule online was easy too) they confirmed my appointment before I arrived and I gave them my insurance information. They were very helpful in explaining what my benefits covered. They helped me pick out frames that worked great for my face and gave me copies of all my new prescription information. 10/10 will recommend!

We were very pleased with the ease of processing our information and ordering our glasses. It was a relief after being to other retailers that we weren't getting overcharged for the same services & products. The staff was friendly, helpful, & knowledgeable, and offered the best value for our insurance benefit, allowing us to get 2 pairs! We will be coming here to get our glasses from now on!

First time at Warby Parker & was pleasantly surprised. The experience was very quick, easy & efficient. I didn't feel rushed, but also didn't have to wait or listen to a lot of sales pitches. Loved that I could just walk around & try on any and all the glasses available. Very enjoyable experience. I was in and out within 20 minutes start to finish. Will definitely recommend everyone I know here and we've decided to use my husband's insurance allowances for contacts & but our glasses outright here since they are so affordable! They ship straight to your house. What price you see on the tag is exactly what you pay for the glasses & lenses. No tax & no shipping charges. Was phenomenal!

The customer service was great! All personnel was courteous, informed and answered all our questions. The selection and measurements were quick. They have lots of cool glasses!

Staff has been very helpful & wanted to make sure that I have the correct fit. I purchase 2 pairs, one was readers & the other progressive. I have struggled with the progressive, but they are making the necessary adjustments, can't wait to get them back. Highly recommend then.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at the Birkdale Village Warby Parker (in Huntersville, NC). After my eye exam earlier this year, I ordered Warby Scouts contacts in July. One lens didn't fit properly, and I was told I could come in on a weekend to swap them or try another brand. When I arrived in August, I was suddenly told I needed a full appointment with a doctor. As a teacher, I can only do weekend appointments, so I scheduled the next available Saturday in October. That appointment was canceled the day of due to a "doctor emergency." I rescheduled for November, and the night before, it was canceled again--this time with conflicting explanations from different staff members. I've now had two appointments canceled and was misled about needing a full exam, which would require me to pay out of pocket since I already used my insurance this year. It feels very dishonest and untrustworthy, and like an attempt to charge me for an unnecessary exam. I'm currently waiting for callbacks from both the store and an area leader. I even tried the corporate number and couldn't reach anyone. I will never recommend Warby Parker to anyone and just want this issue resolved and my contacts ordered before the end of the year.

Highly impressed with Dr. Harrison and the entire staff. Frame selection was adequate, pricing was very reasonable and scheduling was done efficiently. I purchased two pair of glasses and will return next year. Great experience.
