We are thankful for Dr. Patel and his staff for over 15 years of service. His staff is professionally friendly, knowledgeable and dedicated. We never feel rushed during our visit or pressured to purchase anything, their establishment is clean and the atmosphere is peaceful. Some days are busy of course, but it is still pleasant. I highly recommend this eye care center for you and your family!

Dr Patel is the absolute best. He's kind, friendly, knowledgeable and just down right awesome. You couldn't ask for a nicer group of office ladies. I also want to shout out Kristi. She is so kind, patient and polite. I've never felt like just a number at this office. Everyone in this office start to finish is top notch!

My experience over all was very nice. From the staff to the doctors. The only thing that really stood out to me was the cost. Myself and my wife have been 1099 for 20 plus years. So we basically we had to pay out of pocket for years when we needed glasses. I started a new job with good insurance recently which the Eye care center accepted. However for an equal purchase for equal services I paid within $5 of the same price I was paying without insurance. The charge for the eye exam and the charge for the frames basically removed any savings I was hoping to benefit from having insurance. And just to give a few details I choose one set of frames that listed for $139. One set with anti glare and one with out. I was truly disappointed at the overall cost. Otherwise I would have given them 5 stars.

This one star is 100% due to the none response from the office team and strictly for the Monroe NC location on skyway drive. They absolutely will NOT pick up the phone at all. You can't get questions asked or anything. I hate I went to this place.
