I been going to this place since I moved here to Monroe and I love, like every part of it. Dr Patel is excellent very knowledgeable of her expertise. Friendly is a plus on all the personal. To me is a a pleasure very comfortable going here. They make me feel important to them and they discuss all the insurance costs and out of pocket expense if any. The doctor was great.but the frist I was in there 5 different people some walk in and phone call where told to come back because person behind desk couldn't find there orders that they got a call saying there glass or contacts where. Same happened yesterday 2 times. It was 950 when I get to look at getting glass and was told no one would help me until 10 am. Your customer serves is BAD. So I decided to take my prescription and go elsewhere to get glasses.I've got stupid enough to order for somebody.Can't find it
