Dr. Patel gives a complete & through eye exam. He then takes the time to go over his findings to make sure it is understood. He is kind and caring. Years ago he was able to recognize that my husband had a detached retina and sent him to an eye surgeon who saved the vision in his eye. I highly recommend Dr. Patel for any eye care needs.

Dr. Patel (and even the other doctors) is awesome. Wish I could say the same about his staff. They will not lift a finger to help somebody who has been a loyal patient for 12+ years. They will no longer get my family's business.

Extremely unprofessional staff. Rude and incompetent. I have been a patient for 12 years and the service gets worse every year. My family and I will no longer be a part of this unorganized business. I hope Dr. Patel sees this and make some changes. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who feels this way
