An excellent choice for eye exams and eye wear in Monroe... The team at Stanton Optical in Monroe went out of their way to ensure that I would have a great experience from start to finish. The exam went well. It was my first time having a telehealth eye exam so I wasn't sure what to expect, but the doctor's tech helped me feel confident and comfortable throughout the whole process which went quickly, though it was thorough. Afterwards, the team helped me find a pair of frames our of their large selection that fit my face well, even helpfully weighing in to narrow down choices that looked fun on the wall, but didn't compliment my personal features. Since my husband wasn't with me to hear his thoughts and opinions, I welcomed their advice! My glasses arrived quickly and, when I picked them up, the staff made sure I was 100% happy with my new glasses before leaving. I would absolutely recommend this location if you are looking for a knowledgeable staff who is there to make sure you leave with confidence in your eyesight as well as your style!

Top notch service! My glasses broke in a weird way. I called and spoke to Yulis who got me in right away and had my glasses fixed the same day at no charge! I've been happy with this location and their services.

Great experience. Very kind and very helpful. The entire process went smoothly and was comfortable the whole way through. They stayed an hour after close to make sure I left with my glasses ready to be worn and were ready to stay longer if I needed more adjustments. Highly recommended.

Let's start by saying this is not a true eye doctor, you are met with a quick rushed initial exam and everything seems normal. However there is not an actual eye doctor doing your exam. You are taking an eye test with someone on a tv. This was a horrible experience and they got my prescription wrong but stated my prescription didn't change and stayed the same normally that would be fine but when they rush you out and mess it up and it was completely different and you don't catch it until after you almost have a traffic accident due to not being able to see correctly...... THATS A HUGE PROBLEM FOR THE STORE AND THE CUSTOMER! If I was told I would not have a normal eye exam with an actual doctor I would have avoided this place very quickly. There is no transparency or knowledge of this until the "doctor" pops up on a tv out of nowhere.

The lady's were so nice. However I came in as a new patient paying cash I picked out 2 pairs of glasses got my exam then sat down to go over things with one of the lady's. Well I had 2 pairs of glasses I said that's what I wanted I was so happy she said ok she rang me up did all the paperwork and said it will be 2 weeks. I was so happy I left just stuck receipt in my glove box and never thought nothing else of it.. Then today week and a half later they call me to come pick up glasses I get there and there's only one pair. I tried to explain to the lady what had happen and that I picked 2 pair of glasses tell me why Mr Brandon walks over to the glasses and points and says this is the prices this is the deal based on the dots. I said sir would u like to here what is going on before u just start talking about prices cause money wasn't the issue. He said no ma'am your paper work says for one pair and that's all u paid for so that's all your getting. Now if u wanna bye another pair I'll help u find a pair. I said sir all I wanna no is what happen to the other pair of glasses or why didn't I get them or why wasn't I able to choose between the 2 pair if I could only by 1.. He said there's nothing he can do.. Ms. Wendy called me back within a week and helped me and she took her time to talk to me and help resolve the issue.. I was able to purchase my second pair of glasses and everything worked out great. She is so amazing and takes the time to here what's goin on.. 10 out of 10 will be goin back

Had great service, a quick exam, and the staff were kind to explain everything and every option I had available to me. My only complaint is that it was a bit cold, but otherwise a great place!

I visited Stanton Optical as a walk-in to get new glasses and was warmly welcomed by the store manager, Mr. Brandon. He was incredibly helpful, guiding me in selecting the perfect pair and offering a great deal. Ms. Gabriela assisted me with my eye exam and provided excellent care throughout the process.
