Do not go here. Got a prescription pair of sunglasses with my insurance... It gave me headaches... Then a month later got a bill for 100 stating they undercharged me... Due date .. 12/25/2025... Merry Christmas... I will NEVER come here again and I will tell my friends and coworkers not to come here. Go anywhere else...

Blanca is so rude, she yelled at customers and is completely disrespectful! Not to mention this was all done to a disabled family member of mine.
I have never had an issue with any of the staff in all the years purchasing glasses here but Blanca has made it to where I do not want to do business with this location.

This morning I went in to get my Trial contact lens and the doctor normally has to check my eyes afterwards to make sure they fit properly. I was just given the Trial Contact Lens by the Receptionist without the Doctor seeing how the contacts fit or if I needed a stronger prescription.
Additionally, I watched the Receptionist this morning commit FORGERY by FORGING the Signature of the Optometrists Credentials on my Prescription Information. I am a Psychologist and I can't believe how Unethical your Receptionist is. She should never be Forging her bosses Credentials on any Legal Paperwork.

May 2021 UPDATE: Always a great experience! Yoli is very professional and knowledgeable. Appointments are accurately scheduled as we were called back to the doctor's office right at our appointment time. The visit went well and we are looking forward to the benefits of the new prescription.
May 2020: Very professional & friendly environment! The doctor knows her stuff and so does her staff. The price for the exam, frames and lenses were all reasonable and the customer service was quite impressive. I was very pleased with the COVID-19 screening process as well as the cleaning & sanitation efforts being completed throughout the visit.

I brought my grandfather to get glasses after his hip surgery the nice gentleman that worked there walked out to the car with several samples for him to try on, the employee could not have possibly been kinder or more helpful..I wish I remembered the man's name he is currently employed now.
