For the last 4 years, I have Traveled Many Times, Many Hours to this Clinic. I would not have done it if I didn't trust, been treated with Respect and Compassion. I have always felt very comfortable with EVERYONE, From the Check in and out personal, the Preparation Staff prior to seeing the Doctor. All very knowledgeable, polite, and genuine care. I would have no trouble raising the B-S Flag on the negatives post's. I just think they are spoiled and rude.

Completely unprofessional and incompetent. The financial services person has no idea what she's doing and she misleads people in a big way. Weeks prior to my sons procedure we asked what our out-of-pocket expense would be and she told us we would be responsible for only a $50 copay. Then, two weeks after the procedure, we received a bill for $1,500. In what world is it ok to treat people this way?? I should not be financially responsible if she made a $1,450 mistake in determining our insurance coverage and out-of-pocket expense. There's a reason we asked the question about our expected expenses BEFORE the procedure! It's 100% unacceptable and I'm considering going to the media and pursuing legal action if they don't waive the billed amount.

Their billing department can't pass third grade math. I paid X and insurance paid Y and that amount is way more than the cost of the procedure Z. Yet somehow I receive a bill for nearly Z when actually *I am owed money back*.
Someone should lose their job for this level of incompetence.

My daughter had an appointment today at 9:45am, it is now 11:42am and she still has not been seen. I finally asked someone and was told probably another 20 mins before she will be seen. No one came to let us know that we would be waiting over an hour and half to be seen. Now if we didn't show up, they could still bill me for not coming or canceling the appointment. My time is just as valuable as the doctors/ technicians. Very disappointing with this location. And let's not forget the copay they already collected. Need to do a better job communicating. You would think with the amount of reviews that say the same thing about time, they would get better but it hasn't.

No transparency with billing, I checked before and after I left they said I do need to pay anything as its covered by insurance. But after 3 weeks I get an invoice for ~335$ that has added a specific item that is not covered by insurance. Wish they were more honest with these things. Is there not a No surprises act to protect us from this kind of things?.

I come to this location for Dr.Daluvoy. Usually less of a wait at this location. I don't mind the wait though I understand all patients have different needs. Love the nurse I get always. Not sure what her name is. I think her name starts with a C or K. Clinic is clean. Front desk ladies are friendly as well!

Had a 1030am appointment for my mom for post op surgery. Actually saw the doctor at NOON. Waited two hours to be seen not counting the half hour early we showed up for the appointment so we wouldn't rush. This is a blatant disregard for peoples time. It feels like a corporate greed move verses a patient centered practice. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. If we were 20 minutes late we'd have to reschedule. Patient care or rights loses again to total corporate complacency and the money grab. Zero consideration. Scheduling needs to drastically improve because the lack luster "we're doing the best we can" won't give us our hours back packed like sardines in the waiting area back.
