My Eye Dr is a very popular and reliable eye care center in Morrisville, NC. They accept many insurance plans, including Aetna, Cigna, and several others, which makes visits very convenient. Dr. Vachanni is an excellent doctor--knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. I've been coming here for about 3 years, and every visit has been a great experience. The entire process is always very positive, and I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent eye care. Thank you to everyone at the Morrisville office--you truly went above and beyond my expectations!

-waited for 47 minutes before dr saw me -tech put in my wrong existing rx and doctor did not confirm with me so I had no idea until after my eye exam -dr prescribed a brand of contacts on me even when I said I wanted and like what I currently use (she said "if there's a problem with what o prescribe call back" no matter how many times I said I wanted want i've used for 7 years) -my eye sight is blurry after spending $400, and I can't see clearly.. near sighted things my left eye hurts and feels too strong and I see double. do not recommend this place.. to repeat, my eye sight is blurry and I spent $400

I came back here to pickup glasses for my daughter. The general manager is very rude. The most rude I have ever seen. She should learn how to speak to customer. Get some training on that. Remember you are not giving glasses for free. Have some manners . Shop close at 5 pm we came at 4.20pm but you sent us out by saying you have too many ppl. This is unacceptable. If the owner really cares about the business first talk to manager and tell her how to treat customers. Doctor make us wait forever in a small room. There is a reason why we take an appointment . Doctor never come on time.

*2/5 stars* Extremely disappointed with the wait time at this clinic. My appointment was scheduled for 10:10 AM, but I wasn't seen by the doctor until 11:40 AM. The long wait was unprofessional and disrespectful, especially considering I have work commitments. Hopefully, the clinic will take patient feedback seriously and improve their scheduling and wait times. That being said, I want to give a special mention to Dr. Vachhani - she's one of the best doctors I've had the pleasure of working with, and her care makes up for some of the clinic's shortcomings. However, the overall experience was marred by the long wait, and I've even started going to Costco for glasses instead of my usual eye doctor. Dr. Vachhani is the sole reason I'm still coming to this clinic, and I hope the management takes note to improve their services.

I had a wonderful experience at Eye Dr. Clinic. The front desk staff were extremely professional, kind, and supportive, making the visit smooth and comfortable. No doubt, life gets busy, and I have missed several appointments. However, every time I called to reschedule, the staff was always understanding and did their best to accommodate me. Their professionalism, kindness, and support make every visit a great experience. I truly appreciate the doctor and the entire team for their excellent service to take care of my eye. THANK YOU!

very bad co-ordination and planning, They make you wait for an hour for no reason before the test and half hour between tests. This occurred like few times, not just one time. I was forced to goto the desk and remind about them making wait for members when we have an appointment. They have very less selection of glasses, I suggest you should try VisionWorks. Where both of my daughters and me have the check as well as better selection of glasses.

I had my initial eye examination yesterday (5/19/25) at MyEyeDr. I hadn't had an eye exam in several years, so I was not sure what to expect. But EVERYONE at the Morrisville office was WONDERFUL. The moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly. The technician who performed my initial exam was very kind and patient. She took her time with me and I was put very much at ease. She explained every procedure and explained what I could expect at the next step in the process. I cannot say enough good things about Dr.Vachhani. She is very personable and kind. She too, took her time and explained each step along the way and advised me on a couple of issues. Miss Bonnie, who works in the frame center was also very kind and assisted me in choosing the frames that worked well for my needs. The entire process was a very positive one and I would recommend highly this office to anyone looking for excellent eye care. Thank you to everyone at the Morrisville office! This was my first visit and I was thoroughly impressed. Even the intern who assisted me was knowledgeable and passionate about eye health. From the front door to the exam and then on to ordering my glasses, I was treated well. Everyone took their time to carefully explain each process. Thank you.
