Tuesday was so nice and helpful! She definitely addressed my concerns as I told her this was the third store I had been to based on pricing. She recommended some glasses based on my personal style and even recommended I try a second pair. Checkout was quick and easy and I cant wait to pick up my glasses in 2 weeks.

Not happy about my experience at VisionWorks. The optometrist on-site is very kind and knowledgeable. I wish i could sat the same about the staff. I called the day before the promised date to check on the status of my prescription glasses and asked specifically to be informed when the glasses come in. Since I still didn't get a call at 4pm on the promised date, I called again to find out that the glasses are ready for pickup. Once I arrived at the store, there was nobody but 1 person available to help. What should have taken 1 minute to pick up the prescription, it ended up taking 35 minutes.

Late review:
Great front-office experience, very pleased with the appointment setup, insurance clarification, and hospitality.
My issue, however, is with Dr. Mitchell. I told him multiple times that both my daily and monthly trial lenses were uncomfortable in my right eye. Instead of attempting to find a solution, he dismissed my concern the first time with, "You're thinking too much, it'll go away."
The next time, I was told, "If you're still thinking about it, maybe it's not for you." When I asked if we could try a different set of lenses to see if the comfort improved, that suggestion was also dismissed, with the explanation that it wouldn't make a difference.
I wish the doctor had been more open to helping me find a better fit for my lenses.

to be honest, disappointed that they don' have universal progressive glasses for near and far sight. I just crossed 40 have vision problems in seeing the near objects, was recommended to use the progressive dual but not happy about the glass range what they offer. I spend almost like $500 on 2 specs and still did not wear any of them even for a week as it is causing me lot of headache and vision problems. unfortunately they don't offer any premium like Hoya etc.

I am 63 years old and I've never had this type of expertise and wonderful experience as I had at this location. The doctor was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and took her time to explain everything to me in detail. Elle assisted me in picking out eyeglasses and explained all the very reasonable costs to me. The entire staff and the doctor made this experience extremely delightful and I will continue with my eye care at this location from here on out. I wished I would have found this doctor years ago.

The wait was short. I had to reschedule online twice (I'm horrible I know). They answered questions about payment before hand so I knew what to expect. 10/10
