Dr. Prajapati and his team are truly amazing! I have been a patient for over 15 years and I can't imagine trusting my eyes to anyone else. The combination of his expertise and bedside manner are a very rare combination these days. I cannot recommend Dr. Prajapati highly enough!!

I've been coming to Triangle Family Eye Care for over a year now and I wouldn't trust my eyes to anyone else. Dr. Prajapati is thorough, patient, explains everything about my eye health in detail. He is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The office is immaculate, spacious and comfortable and there is never a long wait time! The office staff is friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend Dr. Prajapati and Triangle Family Eye Care.

I researched practices offering the most comprehensive laser therapy dry eye treatments at a reasonable price and found Dr. Prajapati. He offered a very clear explanation of the cause of and treatment options for my symptoms, and I am looking forward to getting some relief from my dry eye symptoms.

Great world class experience by the staff and the doctor today. A very personal touch and good bedside manner by everyone involved. Look forward to receiving my new glasses in 2 weeks and hope they work out well. Update (May 1st, 2025)-- eye appointment was very quick, easy, and fast and the doctor and staff provide a very nice friendly bedside manner and don't try to upsell you on glasses. Very clear and easy to understand and also a good price. Only minor qualm is that it takes up to 3 weeks for the new glasses to arrive but this is the case for most places so it isn't their fault. Just recommended to try a faster turnaround time for possibly an extra fee. Thanks and hope to see you all soon :). Update-- still very good service and a personal touch 2 years later but only small qualm is glasses were uncomfortable but they did a one time discounted remake which was really nice and really look forward to the new glasses when ready in late June. Cameron the optician and rest of the staff do an excellent job and always greet me and make me feel valued as a customer. Thank you so much and appreciate all the staff and Dr. Prajapathi does. Doctor was great and so was the office staff! They were all very friendly and knowledgeable.

Dr Prajapati is thorough. The staff is friendly and professional. The equipment is world class. Been a patient for a decade. Highly recommended.

Please avoid this place. First of all my friend went to this place to get his eye checkup and they cancelled the appointment in the last minute without notice. When we went there, the receptionist was very rude and finally when he got to the doctor, the total checkup lasted a whole 10 minutes!! I mean 10 minutes to do a complete eye checkup and then he got charged the whole amount. Unbelievable!! He also had to replace his lens once because the lens looked like it got scratched after a few weeks of use. Today his frame just broke off randomly when he was watching tv (see pic). This place is the worst eye car center that I have seen in my whole 20 years of wearing spectacles. Please avoid this place like a plague. I am considering filing a case with small claims court for the material and emotional stress we had to go through for a simple eye treatment.

As always Dr Prajapati and his team did a great job ensuring our vision exams are up to date and even fit my son, home from college out of state, in this week. They continue to go above and beyond. We have been seeing Dr Prajapati since he opened. Highly recommend.
