I absolutely love this location(Pineville)This trip to this location I had the pleasure of meeting DIBA a.k.a. the beautiful diva. Her personality is so rare! She made the entire experience stressless. She was very knowledgeable. She addressed any concerns that I had. Dr. Henderson was also very knowledgeable and it was great to see him again. I will not change to go to any other locations. So America best treat them well you have outstanding employees!!

I got a Nike frame with lenses here in December 2024 after my exam. When I purchased, I was told that if anything happened within a year, I could pay about $20 to replace the frame. Three months later, the frame handle broke. When I went back, the staff told me I only had one replacement per year and advised me to keep using the broken frame until closer to the end of the year. Today (09/03/25), I returned and was told by the same people that they couldn't do anything because I "didn't have a warranty." I left feeling embarrassed, misled, and honestly cheated. I trusted America's Best because I thought they were reputable, but this experience showed otherwise. If you decide to shop here, make sure you get everything in writing. Personally, I'll be looking for a more reliable place for my frames and lenses.

Excellent service and very fast. The doctor is super friendly and explains everything clearly. They checked my eyes right away and recommended gaming glasses for screen use. Diba helped me choose the perfect frame and was very attentive through the entire process, including checkout. Great overall experience.

After having a very disappointing incident at America's Best in Matthews, I called the one in Pineville. From the get go the receptionist I spoke with, Val was so great to me. She was so respectful and she exuded peace in her voice. She made sure she gave me all the information I needed very calmly. Then in the afternoon I walked in the store all employees I met and spoke with were wonderful. The store culture is amazing. Then came the manager Jenny, we knew what she was doing and treated me like a VIP. recommended things that I did not even know and gave me all the promotions that were available. With my horrible experience at the Matthew's store, I was going to take my business to another company. Jenny and her crew kept me with America's Best. Israel. Thank you.

After having a bad experience at the Matthews store I decided to try my luck at the Pineville store. This was the best thing I ever did. Jenny greeted me as I entered and advised me it was a wait of an hour. Her acknowledging us meant a lot so we decided to stay. When it was our turn Jenny attended to us very professionally and attentively listened to our bad experience with the Matthew store. She turned my whole bad experience into a wonderful one but only in the pineville store. I will never go back to the Matthews store . Thank you Jenny and Sabrina you made us feel like we were valued as customers.

Doctor Henderson performed my exam, and Jenny helped me select frames. Both were extremely welcoming and kind! Jenny in particular was patient with me as I figured out which glasses I wanted after quite a long time without a new pair. She was super knowledgeable and I'm thankful she steered me in the right direction with the frames I chose.

Highly recommend. This place is the best. Pineville location is a absolute must. Jenny the General manager is great and caring goes above and beyond. Doctor is great and phenomenal. If you need glasses or contacts this is the place to go. A Must

I called an hour ahead of time to let them know that I was gonna be 20 minutes late and they told me that was too late and canceled my appointment. And the lady I talked to didn't even offer any solutions like hey can we reschedule? I'm so sorry. Nothing like that. I like America's best so my rating is not a reflection of the brand, but rather just this location in my experience with the lady on the phone
