I was very nervous at first, but as soon as I arrived, the lady at the front desk took care of me right away. She was very polite and welcoming, which immediately helped calm my nerves. Once I was taken inside, the staff was just as kind and professional. They listened carefully, took notes on everything I mentioned, and made me feel like my concerns were truly taken seriously. Dr. Isaac Dingle was very straightforward, knowledgeable, and reassuring. He went straight to the point, explained everything clearly, and made me feel well taken care of. I never felt rushed or dismissed. Overall, it was a great experience, and I felt comfortable and confident with the care I received.

I must say I am extremely dissatisfied, disappointed, and displeased with my visit. The appointment felt very rushed, and I did not feel heard or listened to regarding my concerns. When I expressed that I did not want to take the prescribed medication due to known side effects that I am not comfortable with, my concerns were brushed aside. Dr. Isaac Dingle stated he would lower the dosage instead of offering an alternative medication. When I asked whether the medication would actually help, the response was simply, "it should," which did not provide reassurance or confidence in my treatment plan. There was a clear lack of compassion and patient-centered care throughout the visit. In addition, there was confusion regarding my copay. I specifically asked what my copay would be, and the front desk staff (Sherri) could not provide an answer, even though there was a sign stating that copay is required before the visit. This added to the overall frustration and lack of clarity during my appointment. I left feeling unheard, uncomfortable, and disappointed. I hope this feedback encourages more attentive listening and care for future patients.

While relatively new in his position, Matthew Wilde is warming up to his position as a retinologist, and is beginning to connect with patients. He is technically competent and, as all practioners must do, is developing a personal style that allows a connection with patients. Thank you Dr. Wilde for your attention to the important details.

First, they dropped the ball on my appointment so they told me to have a seat and wait to be squeezed in. I waited almost two hours to see Dr. Villaret. Now, post-surgery and a couple of years later instead of a slight scar my neck is mutilated. I'm convinced the doctor either didn't use enough surgical glue or he applied it carelessly because after a couple of weeks the incision opened right up. Neither Dr. Villaret nor Lauren Day seemed to care in the slightest and that's when I started feeling like they couldn't wait to get rid of me. I was also in severe pain from the intubation and they acted like they thought I might have been drug-seeking. I had to suffer for THREE WEEKS because professional medical staff couldn't tell the difference between someone in pain and a junkie. But, no biggie. I mean, it's not like *they* had to suffer, right? Now I have a 1" diameter depression on my neck, with a big lump of (painful) scar tissue on either side and aside from that scar tissue the entire right side of my neck is completely numb. Even if the issue with the incision had been unavoidable they could at least have acted like they gave a damn.

Dr. Dingle, his nurse as well as staff were just wonderful. I definitely got the answers I needed. He was kind and gentle. I highly recommend this office to everyone!!!

Dr Li and all associates were really wonderful. I had an urgent situation and the team all worked to fit me in and find the solution. Only issue was the pre-8:00 am support associate. Beyond rude and did not follow thru on referral requested. Contact me if you need details.

Dr. Li is an excellent doctor .... patient, knowledgeable, and efficient. He immediately diagnosed the issue i was having with my eye and took action to remedy the problem. I recommend him in the strongest terms.

Dr. Clyne is amazing! He is thorough, gentle, and truly cares for his patients. He's taken excellent care of us for over 10 years!! Highly recommend him!!
