I was shopping around for a place to get my eyeglasses a couple of months ago when I stopped in at LensCrafters and met Jerry. He was very nice and helpful even though I wasn't buying anything at that time. But I liked Jerry. Forward to now (2 months later) when I had my prescription. I went back to LC because Jerry made a great first impression. He was so kind with a definite customer-first approach. I had lots of questions and he listened carefully and answered clearly. He was patient and I never felt rushed. He even helped me save money on my purchase by asking if I had AARP. Jerry is one best people I've met at helping his customers. He truly cares. I highly recommend going to LensCrafters at the Pineville, NC, location in the mall. Maybe you'll be lucky enough to have Jerry's help!

I went to the eye doctor for the first time and I was extremely nervous -- so nervous that I was honestly a little forgetful. I just knew I needed glasses because I'm in front of a screen almost 13 hours a day and my eyes have been feeling so weary. From the moment I walked in, my worries started to fade. Ms. Alicia and Ms. Sadie were absolutely amazing. They helped me find the perfect pair of glasses and even took the time to track down my insurance, saving me over $600 on my very first visit. They truly went the extra mile -- making sure I received a full refund from Accu and clearly explaining what to expect next. That level of care and attention meant so much to me. My heart is full knowing there are such incredible people working there. First time... and it was the best experience

The eye doctor was so so... not bad, not great. On the LensCrafters side, Jerry is a great employee. He's knowledgeable and has excellent customer service skills. He seems to care about people's eye health more than the eye doctors do.

I had a very great experience at this location on Wednesday. Hailee was amazing. She has the personality that I have told all of my friends and family about the experience. She makes you want to come back . With the world being a place that we often see customer service going down hill she has restored my faith in humanity. I had my 6 year old son with me and even he enjoyed the appointment. She was so nice and friendly with him. He told everyone that he made a new friend at mommy's appointment. Thanks so much Hailee.

I want to share the outstanding experience I had with the LensCrafters team in Pineville, NC. For years, my routine has been to get my eye exam with the neighboring provider and then purchase a single pair of glasses from this LensCrafters location--while buying additional pairs throughout the year from various online retailers and competitors. However, my recent visits on December 31st and January 1st reminded me why in-person service still matters. From the moment I walked in, Alicia set the tone. I hadn't seen her in over a year and a half, yet she immediately recognized me and even remembered my line of work. Her awareness, warmth, and ability to multitask created a seamless experience. She asked Rahanne to assist me with selecting frames, and Rahanne did an exceptional job explaining product details and answering every question with patience and clarity. Alicia then coordinated with Sindhu, whose approach to sizing and fitting my frames was both precise and genuinely caring. Her authenticity stood out. I was so impressed by the level of care and professionalism that I ended up purchasing multiple pairs of glasses during these visits--something I've never done before at any eyewear retailer. As someone recently diagnosed with cancer, these interactions meant more than the team could have known. Their professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness made me feel seen, supported, and valued. Because of Alicia, Rahanne, and Sindhu, I now consider LensCrafters my preferred eyewear company. This was my first time with LensCrafters and I will share that it was a pleasant experience! Dani greeted me with a friendly smile and made my check-in easier by having my insurance info ready so that saved me some time. Earline was so patient while I picked out numerous frames to try on. She was honest about how each one looked..I never felt rushed, she was a joy to talk with. I had to call back the next day and spoke with Kat who was also very friendly and helpful over the phone. I don't want to forget Dr Bryant..very easy to talk with.It was a quick, but detailed exam. I felt so confident after I left the store with the purchase I had just made..Thanks to everyone at this location, I will definitely use LensCrafters for my future needs!

you have to pick who to work with there- There were major mistakes with my prescription and it had to be redone three times!!! The only optician who finally was able to do it right was Mark Neagle! Ask for him from the start so you dont waste your time
