My husband brought my daughter in and Dr. Li did not acknowledge my husband when he walked in to the room. He did talk to my husband about her progress. As someone that is paying for a service we expect basic professionalism from the doctor. I have been going to CEENTA for years with my daughter under the care of Dr. Saunders before he retired. His care was exceptional. The care we are receiving from Dr. Li is sub par and could be a whole lot better. The assistant to Dr. Li was good.

Dr Li seems to be a very competent Dr. He was very thorough. However, when I opened my After Visit Summary there wasn't an explanation of what the Dr. saw in the examination. The usual demographics & medication list was the only things sent. Please send the after visit summary. Thank you
