Horrible customer service. My son had an appointment scheduled for 12/8/2025 at 12:15pm at the Garner, NC location (store #5327). When he arrived he was informed they were an hour and a half behind and offered to reschedule his appointment for another day. His appointment was rescheduled for today, 12/9/2025 at 5:30pm. This location is 45 minutes on way from our home. When we arrive to the appointment this afternoon at 5:39pm, my son received a text notification informing him of an appointment cancellation. We enter the office at 5:40pm and was advised that his appoint as canceled because he was 10 minutes late. The receptionist then says that per copy policy the appointment has to be rescheduled again. I reminded her that his original appointment as canceled because they were an hour and a half behind on yesterday. The receptionist was not understanding and showed absolutely no empathy at all. She only repeated herself; asking if she could reschedule for another date. I will never use America's Best again. If you are going to hold customers to a ten minute grace period then you must have something in place when you are an hour and a half behind schedule. This was a total inconvenience and no respect for my time wasted. UNACCEPTABLE.

Not really sure why you would go here other than the illusion that they are able to see you soon. Arrived at 9:53 for a 10:00 am appointment. At 10:25 I asked if my appt could be completed before my appointment end time at 11:00. Was given a non-answer by the front desk staff. Waited until 10:40 and then left. I was the only customer I saw in the building that morning for an exam. I wasn't told anything official but I heard significant discussion around the remote technology not functioning correctly. Zero service, zero accurate information, unable to keep the appointment, no information from clinical staff. Nothing but a waste of my time on a day full of other appointments which were all on time.

I scheduled a 5:30 virtual appointment and I arrived early. This was about a half hour drive for me after work. I was seen late, and during the initial part of my exam we were informed that there would be available doctor at 6 pm. Again, my appointment was 5:30. I was hesitant about even trying a virtual exam since I still had to come in person, and this was such a waste of my time.

Dr. Davis is great, she takes her time explaining and cares about her patients. Front staff is kind and helpful, they also care about their customers when buying glasses. Been coming here for years and have never had an issue.

So disappointed haven't been here in a couple years last time I was I had got 2 pair of glasses and contacts for 280$ I was satisfied I went recently just to get glasses and it cost me $380 and that's that I got the economic glasses for a deal of 2/$95. I've been calling to see if my glasses have arrived and they keep pushing the date so disappointed back then it would take one week to get them now I was told to have them on the 22 and had my appt on the 9th, I called in they didn't have them I was told they would have them in 23 I called now they said until maybe the 27th so disappointed. Last time coming here

Come here every year to get my eyes exam and glasses replaced via warranty. Shawn always gets me right and has awesome customer service and is very professional in everything he does. The whole team he works with is also awesome too 10/10 y'all go check this location out in Garner

Made an appointment 2 weeks ago for my son. Walked in at 9:45 this morning and was turned away to apparently my son being to young while getting nasty looks from the man at the front desk. Should've been told two weeks ago when making said appointment that my son is too young. You have lost my business and I've been coming to America's Best since 2014 Never Again!

I wish I could give a lower star than a one. To inconvenience my day and time by telling me that my frames were ready yesterday, and then to say that they cannot open the box into the optometrist allows it (mind you the optometrist was present), it was frustrating. Why would you call me and text my phone and not be ready? 0/5.
