Great Place! Fast, and I didn't have to wait to get in - I was in and out within about 40 minutes of arriving. I have struggled with presbiopia and contacts, and she actually listened to my saga rather than re-trying things that didn't work before.

The best optometrist in Raleigh! The husband and wife team runs an honest and caring business. My family has been here for years. I've been to other optometrists because I couldn't get an earlier appointment here, but I regret each time I did that. I've finally decided enough with sale-sy experiences at the other eye clinics. Also, Dr Andrew is very patient with making sure my contacts fit well instead of rushing me through the process despite their being so busy. Heather at the front desk is always friendly and helpful. As a member of the minority, I greatly appreciate that they treat you with respect as they would everyone.

Made appt way in advance. Took 1/2 day off work. Get to appt and it was cancelled and no one knew why even though I received a reminder text the evening before. Optometrist had just left. No attempt to call them back.

Believe the 5 star reviews. My visit here today was nothing less. The doctor listened, was helpful, provided exceptional service and solutions to my vision concerns. I left knowing I was at the right place.

Today I took my 87 yr. old Mom to see Dr. D! Outstanding experience from start to finish. Her compassion and patience were so appreciated. Receptionist was stellar and so welcoming and accommodating! Excellent experience from scheduling through billing!

From Ease of setting appointment, to eye examination and ordering your own frames, I was impressed. Dr. Gayatri Dhuva at Costco Raleigh was simply awesome! Professional & personable, she's the best! When it came to placing my order Mary Gomes answered all my questions and was so easy to work with. She is so nice!

It was easy to make my appointment via text. The reminders for the appointment and links for paperwork helpful. I was greeted kindly and the whole experience was enjoyable and thorough. The office was clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this practice.

I have never had a better experience. My wife and I both were in and out within 15 minutes. Before the appointment my wife and I could not figure out what our vision insurance was because my employer has a somewhat complex health care setup, and for some reason we were never sent a vision card. They went out their way, texted me, and went and found out coverage FOR US, then sent us all the plan information so we would have it for future reference. Both the receptionist and the doctor were extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and eager to help get us situated. There was absolutely no pressure for any additional services or eyeglasses, and after doing the retinal imaging, Dr. Finn went over everything and explained what we were looking at. We both could not be happier and will never be going back to our previous eye care provider. The difference in service was unbelievable. Thank you for a wonderful and painless experience!!!
