I've been a patient of Dr. Rohm's for 20+ years now. In those years, I have married & brought my husband & daughter to her care. Dr. Rohm is not the warmest or most charismatic; I've only seen her smile once, but competency is what matters to me. Previously, I've had no complaints with her service as it has been straight-forward. Recently during COVID, I injured my eye, called her office requesting she call to provide assistance. Not only did she NOT call me personally to assess my situation, but still did NOT after I requested a personal call to discuss. It's time for me to move on.
