Doctors Vision Center

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Durham for many many years now. We have never received ANYTHING but the VERY best care and service from her office. She is so great; I really can't say enough! She is so thorough and attentive in her examination. I know every aspect of my eye care is being watched over with meticulous scrutiny. Her office seems to have the very very latest in eye care technology and the staff is well organized and knowledgeable. Dr. Durham is sweet and kind and willing to listen to every concern. She always makes me feel like a top priority during my visit. Yes, every need down to the smallest insurance question is taken care of there. And the new office in Brier Creek is beautiful and spacious, with a wonderful glasses center. This office will be my eye care provider for many years to come.

Visited this office today and I have to say that it was the best eye appointment I have ever had! No pressure to purchase anything and they listen to you and your concerns! I was definitely not just a number like you get with some other chains and overall I was treated fabulously. Dr. Durham and her staff are just fantastic! I will be recommending them to all of my co workers and friends!

Had a very good experience with the Doctor's Vision Center at Brier Creek.. The online appointment desk responded within minutes and had me set up for an appointment in a few days. They took my vision insurance and filed exams and contact lenses with the insurer. The assistant and doctor were very professional and gave me the impression they were well trained and knew what they were talking about. All of the equipment was top notch and modern, as was the office facility. Despite three years since my last eye appointment, the doctor said my vision had not changed and recommended not getting any new glasses if I was happy with my current pair. I just reordered a new supply of disposable contact lenses which were completely covered by my vision insurance. I did not get the impression the center was trying to push expensive glasses or options on me. They recommended only what was needed and did not try to run up the bill. I will definitely return next year.

Dr. Durham was recommended to me by everyone.....really.....everyone who knew about my stroke and my eye issues. It has been wonderful to be treated by someone who cares so deeply about me and my issues....my victories are her victories. She reached out to a colleage for help with my problem and I feel confident that she and I will get this worked out. She will go above and beyond to help. I can't say enough wonderful things about her and her staff.....friendly, professional, appointments are a breeze......I could go on. I highly recommend them.

these people are really helpful and have care for their customers. I went 20 minutes before the store closes and the person really helped me out with selection and gave all the information I needed. He even looked up different frames for me which he did not have and assisted me with the selection.
