Dr. Eugene Milder

I was a referral from my eye care center to Dr. Eugene Milder with an emergent level issue. Dr. Milder was not only able to work me into his schedule within 24 hours but was able to treat the issue in house. Expectations were given of what to expect in the next 72 hours and two follow up appointments are to be scheduled. The staff was professional and efficient. Dr. Milder was informative, steady, and reassuring while professionally addressing the issue at hand. Would definitely recommend the NC Retina location in Sanford, NC , and specifically Dr. Milder.

From checkin with Dominique to the professional and detailed care from Stephanie, Abby and the rest of this Staff, I was given excellent care. Dr. Milred treated my condition with understanding and answered all of my questions during a through examination and provided a detailed plan of action. with little to no wait time, This is the most efficient office I have ever visited. The front desk person was very welcoming and kind, I was taken to the back very quickly and care started rapidly. There was a lot to be done prior to seeing Dr Milder, but everything was done in rapid succession. There was only a short wait to see Dr Milder. I would highly recommend this office and physician

I have been going to NC Retina Associates for several years and recently started going to the Sanford office. The whole office is well run and efficient. Each person that assists me is kind, courteous and helpful. Dr Milder answered my questions and makes me feel heard and well cared for. No matter which office I have visited, I always am pleased with the level of attention and care.

Dr. Eugene Milder is an excellent physician. He is thorough, has a wonderful bedside manner. I highly recommend him for anyone that is having problem with their eyes.

When I came into my appointment I was very nervous and had high anxiety and the staff I think knew it .They talked me through everything and made me feel very comfortable . Dr Gene Milder was very Friendly and You can tell he knew what he was doing .I get eye injections every 4 weeks and other than basic nerves i would say they make the appointment feel less stressful .Thank you To the Staff and The Doctors for knowing how to treat your patients.

No one wants to hear they've had a completely random retinal hemorrhage and needs to be seen urgently to save their vision, but that's exactly what happened to me. Their office worked me in as a new patient on a Monday, which I really appreciated. Dr. Milder has one of the best demeanors for a specialist that I've seen in a long time. He is friendly, professional, and very 'business like' without being detached or robotic about what he is doing. He is very empathetic and really helped me. I had so much anxiety when I was there (I had to get an injection in my eye) and he promised I wouldn't feel it and it was super quick, and he was absolutely right. Just a very patient guy who understands no one comes to him really prepared for good news and he certainly would be my go-to for anything eye care related from now on. I trust my vision to him and his team, and he came highly recommended from my regular eye doctor, who is seen as a patient here himself. If you ever have an ocular emergency or a need for his services, you'll be happy you went here first.
