Did not pass their end of year stress test. My wife and i purchased glasses after eye appointment. She was sent through the mill being told she could have fl41 and blue light with transitions. She was called after two weeks saying she could only have one and needed multiple sets of glasses. This place is for money and not for health as they failed to know that only one can be applied at one time. They are money hounds trying to charge you for anything you ask for. Then, had a promise date of 1/9/24. As of 1/19/24 only one pair was available for pick up after multiple lies by the company that they would be there next day for weeks prior. This is a nefarious business that cares only about your money after you had your eye exam. Do not go here!!!!

I'm not one to gush, but will make a well-deserved exception. The staff at this location are absolutely phenomenal! From the moment we walked to the door until we left, we were greeted and supported with care and professionalism. Suzie read my style and personality immediately to help me quickly find new glasses. It usually takes me hours at other places, but she knew exactly the right fit for my face shape. My face is small, and other companies pick out frames that make me look like a child. Suzie made me feel like a grown woman boss! The GM Patrick made sure to explain policies, expectations, and get my frames and lenses run through insurance on the last day of my coverage. They very kindly stayed late to make sure our benefits could be used, and went way beyond the extra mile. I'm a new customer who will definitely be coming back. Top notch and very highly recommend!

I highly recommend Dr. Lee. He is very friendly, and has a positive energy. He is passionate about eye care, and spends as much time with you as you want or need. No rushing you in and out. With years and years of experience, Dr. Lee has developed a exceptional ability to communicate with the patient. He is not overly clinical to the point the patient does not understand what is being discussed. In fact, we discussed treating fairly ambiguous side effects of lasik surgery in a meaningful and productive way. The cost is very competitive and in my opinion, a better value than the Walmart or Costco. I look forward to many years with Dr. Lee.

Screwed me out of needed lenses and wooed me into something i could never have. 10 days late and still have not receive my glasses.

This place is just a Walmart for glasses, they know nothing of how glasses should work and take only money as form of communication.
