Charged me for an additional service without telling me that it was an add-on and would cost 150 extra dollars. Did not give me a contact prescription upon leaving- only the glasses prescription. They made it extremely difficult to get the right prescription to Warby Parker because they obviously wanted me to give them my money instead, but after the extra charge, I didn't want to give them any more of my money. I'll find a new eye doctor next year.

My son had a scheduled annual eye exam for Monday, I received a email from the doctor stating that he will be out of office that Monday so the appointment has been canceled. I called immediately to reschedule a appointment because This appointment is urgent. When I reached out to reschedule I was told they would not have any availability till December. I question the representative who I was on the phone with, I asked how can an appointment that I originally had that was canceled on me, it's now impossible to reschedule due to other appointments... Meanwhile again I had a schedule appointment. First the representative said they will have availability on the 23rd, just to be pushed to December... Not only that she also said the other eye care centers in North Carolina is also booked until November - December. Highly recommend do not go to any eye care centers, they don't care
