I've been going here for a few years and have always had a great experience. Very efficient and friendly. Easy parking at the entrance every time I've been.

Everyone was so friendly!!! Dr. G took his time and explained everything in detail. Of course, I had a million questions, lol. He never rushed and made sure I was comfortable with my contacts. I will recommend them every time. I wish I could give more stars

This was my first eye exam in over a decade. Was a little nervous as to what they might find but the whle staff was super friendly, patient, and answered all my questions. The icing on the cake was Carissa at the check out. She was lovely to chat with, as was the rest of the staff. My eyes were clear, my prescription updated, and in the end im a very satisfied customer. 5 stars. My ONLY complaint is the address. It poops you out in the middle of the mall parking lot telling me i have arrived. The location is actually past the mall not inside the mall. Im from out of town and wasnt familiar with the mall at all. It was huge. So Its not IN the mall. Its behind it.

We had a very unfortunate experience that could've been resolved very easily with a phone call and/or a $30 refund. My husband and I go to different eye doctors. We called in advance to understand pricing as we were paying out of pocket. We made it clear that the pricing information that we were getting was determining whether or not we would be continuing with our appointment. We decided to have my husband go ahead and go to Eye Care Center based on the pricing we were quoted. However, at the appointment they quoted us a different price for services. Evidently the individual who quoted me the price works in their corporate call center and should not have been quoting services. However, as a customer, I would have no way of knowing which part of the company this particular employee worked in. I have called several times since my husband's appointment in October, and I have not heard back from the office manager regarding this issue. It's very unfortunate as my husband has been a customer there for many years. We spent $700 + on this visit and think a phone call back regarding our concern is reasonable. We will be going elsewhere. We highly recommend My Eye Doctor as their pricing is cheaper if you're paying out-of-pocket, and if you have defective contact or lose one, they are happy to replace them at no cost. I have also never received anything less than a high-level of customer service there.

Usually very good but I called today for an appointment for my 2 kids and myself. Mind you I drive an hour to this eye dr.. I see online that there are 3 back to back appointments so I call and the lady tells me that I can make 2 appointments but the third will have to be another day. Why?!?! Tell me why? I will not be driving an hour there and an hour back on two different days. Very disappointed!

I live right across the street from a place that does eye exams. I went there one year because it would be so nice to just walk to attend my eye exam. Wrong answer! I got one of the worst exams ever! From here on out I will make sure that I go to the eye care center at: 4325 Glenwood Ave, Raleigh, NC 27612

Everyone at the Raleigh Crabtree Eyecare Center is so lovely, helpful, and welcoming. They take the time to ensure you understand exactly how much everything will cost and what options are available. Dr. Guadarrama was amazing! He was kind and patient, explaining everything to me. Logan and the entire front desk team, along with everyone assisting with testing and fittings, are just as friendly and helpful. I've been going to this location for years, and it's consistently excellent.

Dr. Gerardo Guadarrama was amazing. He answered all my questions with patience and professionalism, and he made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. I appreciated how he listened, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt confident and satisfied with the results. Truly exceptional care!
