EYES on North Ridge OD, PLLC

My experience was amazing. The environment was very welcoming clean the customer service was immaculate. Doctor Mokris was so amazing. I love her. I will definitely recommend this office to anyone that is looking for a new Eye Doctor. She's very knowledgeable, and she listens to her patients. I definitely lucked up with this Office(Hidden Gem). And of course they are considered a premium provider for my insurance so I'm able to Utilize the max of my benefits.

Dr Mokris was so personable. I appreciated the time she spent with me. Her knowledge and explanations were wonderful. My visit with her was unlike any previous experiences I've had through the years with other practices in making me feel special... not a number. I definitely recommend her to everyone!!!

Excellent service! The optometrist, Sandra V. Mokris is very accomodating and very thorough. When I had a problem with computer glasses, she spen at least 25 minutes with mw (free of charge), and found that I had Dry Eye, for which she recommended very efficient eye drops. Later I had a problem with a second pair of glasses, and the optician returned them to have a lens replaced, even though these were very inexpensive glasses. I highly recommend this business. Great people, great service.

My previous eye dr cancelled my appointment at the last minute and I was searching for a new place to get my eye checkup in by end of year and saw all the rave reviews for EYES on North Ridge and was able to get an appointment. All those were reviews are 100% accurate! Dr. Sandra V. Mokris and her staff are on different level of care you don't see much these days (I mean that in the best way and with the highest level of respect and gratitude). Everyone I dealt with was kind, personable, warm, and engaging which is hard to find these days especially in a healthcare setting where everything is usually rushed and you are a bother to everyone. Was seen at my scheduled time and got a thorough exam in under an hour. Dr. Mokris took the time to make sure my questions were answered and she explained everything in a clear manner. Office is very clean and inviting and in a great location with no parking issues. Great overall experience and glad my other dr cancelled so I was able to find them and switch over permanently! Cannot say enough good things about Dr. Mokris and her team- Highly recommend if you are looking for great care and amazing people!

The kindest most personable staff ever! I'm so glad I go here. They spent literally 30 minutes helping me pick our frames. Sandra is so kind and patient in explaining details to me. They really care about you as a person! And free coffee in the lobby :)

I wrote an extensive positive+++!!! review last year. I just forget where. At any rate, from top to bottom you cannot get better care for your eyes. To start with, the office is immaculate with a very understated. Frames are sorted and displayed clearly and orderly. The (very young) staff is on point and very engaging. Cannot say enough about Dr. Mokris. She provides compehensive, customized individual care. I left the appointment very confident that Dr. Mokris understood and had a clear plan for possible future developments. Aside from being a pleasure to be around, she knows her stuff inside and out and can relate it as fits the person. Go to Eyes on Northridge. Full stop.

Love this practice, absolutely recommend. After my previous eye doctor moved I started going to Eyes on North Ridge and Dr Mokris fixed my prescription and sorted out my astigmatism. She's the perfect combination of excellent at her job and lovely to interact with. She listens to you, the patient, which makes such a difference in the level of care provided. The whole staff is excellent, have recommended them to everyone I know!

I've had only one appointment with Dr. Mokris but in that one appointment it was easy to tell why her office has a 5-star rating! The staff at the front desk are friendly and polite. Dr. Mokris is down to earth, kind and very knowledgeable. She listens to all of your concerns and explains her findings clearly. I will definitely be coming back and I'm working on convincing the rest of my family to see her too!
