I would travel hours to see Dr. Pate. I had two detached retinas back to back (month to month) and he was fabulous. He was so patient with me, even after the surgeries, as I was a bit paranoid after that. He takes time with his patients and talks to them. He uses the best solutions that are currently medically known. I just can't say enough excellent things about Dr. Pate and would recommend him to everyone!

I went to Taylor Retina Center yesterday for my first appointment with Doctor Pate. I was there as a post cataract checkup from surgery done in Florida. I was very impressed with the quality of my visit. The professional staff that performed the scans in preparation for Dr Pate's review were friendly and knew their jobs. Doctor Pate took his time in explaining what he saw in the scans in depth. I left Taylor Retina Center feeling that my purpose for my visit was fulfilled.
