I had such a fantastic time at LensCrafters recently!
Honestly, the best part of my visit was working with J.R. He was a total pro--super knowledgeable about all the lenses and frames. But what really made the difference was how incredibly patient he was with me. I usually find choosing glasses stressful, but J.R. took his time and explained everything so well.
It was genuinely a really good, low-pressure shopping experience. If you go, definitely look for J.R. He makes the whole process easy!

Kelsey Glanz at Crabtree LensCrafters was one of the best eye glass professionals I've ever dealt with. I came in to purchase 3-4 pairs of glasses (sports glasses, prescription sunglasses and some regular daily glasses). As my wife and I were circulating in the showroom looking at samples, Kelsey politely stepped in to make some suggestions, which were really great, and then she stuck with us until we found everything. As we browsed, she was proactive in looking up lens options for each set of frames (which unfortunately ruled out one pair of Oakleys) and at the end, she patiently worked through all the vision insurance and LensCrafter sale options to maximize discounts. LensCrafters is lucky to have her on the team!

What a fantastic surprise! On my way through the mall, they were my fourth stop, trying to replace nose guards on a pair of Oakley sunglasses.
