Great service! Mariela (sp) switched the lenses out between two frames, tightened everything up, and fixed the nose piece, all for free and super fast. I didn't even buy the glasses there, but was treated like a regular customer. I also spoke with Larry on the phone b4 I went there and he was very helpful as well, so it appears they have a great team there! A+

I went into Lens Crafters at North Hills today thinking that I would be buying a new pair of eyeglasses after carelessly stepping on mine. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Josh who said he would probably be able to help me out with them in a few minutes. After he was done assisting another customer, he fixed them and they fit better now than when I originally got them last year. Good customer service is rare and hard to find these days. I wanted to give a shout out to Josh for being so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely worth taking the time to write this review. Josh, I hope you see this. Thank you again from the old lady who stepped on her glasses:) I appreciate you!
