Mel at LensCrafters was awesome! Super friendly, patient, and really helped me find the right frames that fit my style. She showed me all the options and gave honest feedback on what looked good. Everyone there was respectful and helpful too, great vibes all around. Mel also showed me the new Meta glasses and explained how they work. Super cool stuff, but I decided to stick with regular glasses for now. Overall, great experience and top-notch service. Definitely recommend checking out LensCrafters and asking for Mel!

I have used LensCrafters for the last 3 years with good service but this year having to wait a week or longer for glasses I'm sorry I will not be using them again! I have a travel assignment to go to and can't until my glasses get back!! The only good thing is the employees at this location are amazing and very good and I don't blame them but I do blame LensCrafters
