I've been with Dr Peters for 15 or more years. He's helped me through some challenging vision issues. Always resolved the issue. He definitely deserves 5 stars

I been going to Dr Peters for about 15 years.He has helped me every visit.I would recommend him to anyone.Just had my eyes exam last week all went well.

My previous optometrist was unable to acceptably correct my vision for the past several years. Dr Peters got it right in one quick visit. Office is busy but well staffed and efficient, wait times are negligible. I highly recommend Dr Peters and his staff.

This review is in frustration with this office. My family and I have been going to Dr. Peters for a few years and thought he was a great Dr. There has been frustration with rude staff, however, because we liked him we returned year after year. Last year my daughter transitioned from the office and the rest of my family still were patients. As mentioned in the above we've dealt with a rude staffer here and there and had some hesitation about returning, however, the incidents that occurred recently, I will never return to that office. On Saturday November 18th my son went in for his scheduled appointment. We had to return to the office because there was a fee that shouldn't have been charged. ( That's fine mistakes happen). We were credited back the fee, we took the prescription to another retailer for his glasses. Once arriving we found that the benefits were still tied up. So I waited until Monday November 20th and the benefits were still tied up with My Eye Doctor. I called the office on Tuesday November 28th ( 10 days later) to find out what the hold up was. I was transferred and the lady whom I spoke with said that only My Eye Doctor could release the benefits she had to make a call to insurance to do so. She then stated she didn't know when she would have time to make the call. I asked if I gave her 24 hours to make the call if it would be sufficient? She said yes. On Saturday December 3rd (2 weeks later) the benefits were still tied up. I called the office again to attempt to remedy the issue. I spoke with a woman to inquire and she said there it's done. I replied excuse me? She said yeah I just clicked it and now it's done. I verified with the retailer and she confirmed the release was completed. I immediately was pissed. Because the first person I spoke with lied and it appears she was demonstrating passive aggressive behavior just to be difficult. I went to the office and collected all of our prescriptions ( then they stamped the signatures upside down)so we will never have to go back. The inconsistency of the and lack of consideration for a person's time; and inconvenience of having to check back a number of times on top of being lied to is not acceptable. I will not patron a vendor who lies to their clients. #nope

Dr. Peters is great. My Eye Doctor deserves a 5*.
