I went with my wife to get her first pair of glasses. We were prepared for it to be pretty nerve-wracking experience. We were pleasantly surprised to find the whole process easy and even enjoyable. Everyone there was incredibly friendly and patient with all of our questions. The only complaint I have is the building needs to have tint on the windows. It's challenging to be trying on glasses with the sun beating on you like that. Plus those poor people working in there, everything's glass and shiny and reflecting. Seems uncomfortable for them.

I scheduled an appointment, and they never provided an address. After I finally found the place and arrived, I knew about the remote imaging without a doctor physically present but they never told me - that I would have to pay for some type of imaging (I believe because the doctor was virtual) I'm a senior on a fixed income with double insurance that covers 100% of my medical expenses, including vision. I should never have been asked to pay anything out of pocket. I wasted my time and gas getting there just to be told about unexpected costs after I showed up. That is absolutely unfair and completely unacceptable.

Abbigail was so sweet and amazing in helping me by calling and clarifying my complicated insurance and understanding how it pays/doesn't pay. She helped show me the cheapest option. She also adjusted my current glasses until the new ones come in. Thanks Abbigail!

Always very helpful! Location is kept clean and well-maintained, and the staff is always so kind. One of my favorite locations in the area!

Loved my experience, first time going to a MyEyeDr and I will never go anywhere else. The staff was kind and helpful, the location very clean and had a great location in a shopping center If you arrive a little early. Even the service I received for thinning my lenses is so much better than what I've gotten in the past from target optical.

Best eye appointment I can remember! Everyone is so pleasant and caring, and still somehow very efficient. I got all my questions answered and felt like they genuinely cared. I've long suspected contacts weren't possible for me and they confirmed that--other places would push them anyway. They're not trying to sell you, and my insurance covered so much I was stunned at how much less I paid compared to my last place. Plus, they have an impressive glasses selection in terms of quality and style, and a very clean and organized store.

Great customer service at MyEyeDr! Staff entered my insurance information while I was shopping for frames, saving me time. Helpful advice on frame choice too.

Literally had a contact open up as damaged, thankfully two extremely kind women at MyEyeDr. Helped me immediately, best eye doctor I've ever been too! Wish I could reward with more stars based on the amazing level of care and customer service. Fantastic kindness.
